For a real card, print the image below in Landscape mode to fill page (if you have that option).
Fold in half lengthways so that writing faces outside.
Fold in half again so that the Statue of Liberty photo is on the outside.
The card should then open up to show inside.
Trim any excess borders if the card doesn't print landscape 8 1/2 x 11
