Message 867

I have just hauled my new/old 1975 10/4 and found the centerboard mechanism broken. The rod is broken from the board. Can someone send me information about how to repair it. I must put the boat back in the water Monday morning. Thanks in advance for your assistance.

You need 5/32 x7 x19 stainless steel wire. cut to 43in.

The actual distance between the delrin rod and the board is 39 1/2 in.

The extra is used to form the loops and tie off with stainless or galvinized press fittings.

The centerboard pin 1/2" dia. s.s. and 8 in. long.

The delrin rod is 3/4 in. by 24in.

Hope this is helpful
