In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth.Then God created the first man (Adam). God wanted to give Adam a mate, so he took a rib from him and created the first woman (Eve). They were the perfect man and woman. All God wanted them to do was be happy and live in His Garden of Eden and obey Him. The one and only command God gave them was to not partake of the fruit from the Tree of Knowledge of Good and evil.
