Then Jesus ascended to Heaven and poured His Blood on the alter before God the Father. Then God said that He accepted this as payment for man’s sin. You don’t have to do anything, it is a free gift. You don’t even have to say a prayer, but I would think that a person would want to thank God that He loved us enough to save us.
