"I'll go talk to her." AJ said letting go of Laura. "Go on to bed if you want. I'll be there shortly."

"Alright. I'm sorry." Laura said to him.

"You don't need to apologize to me." He told her as he headed upstairs.

"I messed up didn't I Jenn?"

"Yeah Laura, you did. I mean if you wanted to talk to her then why didn't you just do it rationally? You know she's understanding and she would have told you everything."

"Ah, man." She sighed as she flopped on the couch and put her head in her hands.

"Don't worry Laura. I don't think she's going to be mad at you for long." Jo tried to reassure her.

"You don't know Mickey." She said, her head still in her hands.

"Let's just all go to bed and forget about it. Tomorrow will be a new day and maybe everything will be fine." Brian added, they all looked at him. "What? I had to say something optimistic." He smiled. They all smiled back at him and went to bed.

"What?" Mickey asked when she heard someone knocking on her door.

"Don't be mad at Laura, please." AJ said as he walked in.

"I don't recall saying come in. If I lose my privacy just cause it's your house then I think I'll go to a hotel."

"Look, be pissed at me all you want but don't take it out on Laura."

"Ok, how come I always end up being the bad one? She came down, smacked me and started yelling at me and you're standing here telling me not to take it out on her? Do you see the problem here?"

"She feels really bad."

"Good."

"Come on Mickey. Give her a break. You know she loves you."

"Why are you the one here telling me? Huh? Why didn't she come up to tell me?"

"Grow up Mick and learn to forgive." AJ said as he started to leave.

"Forgive? I think I did ok thank you very much. If Nick came up to you and did what Laura did, you would have punched him right? Well I didn't hit Laura, I walked away so I think I am grown up. This has nothing to do with forgivness, I'm mad at her for what she did. She didn't do anything that I need to forgive her for. This isn't going to last forever and I know that. But what's the sense in staying down there when everyone is cranky anyhow?"

"Will you talk to her tomorrow?" He asked, standing in the doorway.

"Yeah." She said, looking over at him.

"Thank you."

"Don't thank me." She said as she walked over and shut her door.

When Mickey woke up the next morning she just laid there for a bit looking up at the ceiling. If she could stay in bed all day and not get up at all then she would. She knew though that she had to get up. She got up a few minutes later and headed downstairs. She could smell something cooking, it woke her up a little more. When she walked into the kitchen she saw AJ, Brian and Jo. They all looked up at her and asked her how she was. She told them she was fine and she grabbed a cup of coffee. She saw the paper and flipped through it. It wasn't as interesting as reading the one in Toronto so she put it down. Nick came into the kitchen took a look around, got a glass of juice and then walked out again. They figured that he would feel uncomfortable with AJ and Mickey mad at him and Brian not happy that he was with Mandy. They phone rang as Nick turned out of their site.

"Hello?" AJ answered.

"Hey mom. Yeah I know we're leaving again tomorrow morning. God, my memory isn't that bad."

"Yeah it is." Brian joked. AJ just shot him a look and finished his conversation with his mother.

"So did you sleep ok?" Jo asked Mickey.

"Yep."

"That's good. Me and Brian are going to go bowl in a little bit."

"Have fun." Mickey said, she hated bowling.

"Are you sure you're ok?"

"Yeah. I'm sorry. I shouldn't be acting like this towards you. I just have a lot on my mind right now. You two and Jenn have been great."

"Well, you know I'm always here for you."

"Thanks. Oh, did I tell you that Kevin asked me if I wanted to help them with the videos?"

"No, you didn't. Did you know about this Bri?"

"I knew he was going to ask you. We all talked about it and we figured it would be best if he asked you." "I just can't believe it."

"Mothers!" AJ said and he threw his arms up in the air.

"Problem?"

"Naw, she's just a mother. She looks after her baby even when he doesn't ask for it." They all chuckled.

"Hi." Laura said quietly.

"Hey sweety." AJ said going over and giving her a kiss on the forehead.

"Well I think we're going to go bowling now." Brian said getting up and grabbing something from the oven and fridge.

"Ok, see you guys later." AJ said.

"I'm going to go take a shower." Mickey said.

"Sit down." AJ told her. She just looked at him, then she sat down.

"You guys have no good reason to be mad at each other. Mickey I understand why you're mad at me and Nick. I can also understand why you would be mad at Laura, I would be too. I don't think she should've done what she did. The thing is, she didn't realize everything and if she did then she wouldn't have done it."

"But she did do it."

"AJ, I don't need you to stick up for me just like I don't need her to do it. If she's going to be pissed at me then she's going to be pissed at me."

"You want her to be mad at you?" He asked.

"No, but I don't want someone else to try to convince her not to be."

"I just want you to realize that I never said or did anything to mess things up with you and AJ." Mickey spoke up. "I want you two together more then anyone. I can see how happy you are with him Laura. I love seeing you happy. God, that's all I want for you and Jenn."

"I know. And I know you've done a lot for me."

"See, isn't this better?" AJ said coming over to the two of them. They just looked at him. Laura got up and gave Mickey a hug.

"Yeah." She said.

"I guess." Mickey joked. "I'm going to take a shower though." She lauged.

Brian and Jo went down to the bowling alley. When Brian flicked the lights on there was a blanket on the alleys and candles were set up all around it. Jo looked at it in amazement and then turned to look at Brian. She couldn't believe what she was looking at. Nobody had ever done anything like this for her before. She was afraid she was going to cry.

"Everbody does candlelit dinner. I wanted to be different so I figured I'd go for a candlelight breakfast."

"I love it! I can't believe you did this." She turned around and hugged him.

"Come on, before the breakfast gets cold." They went and sat down on the blanket. He turned on some music and then dished up some food for Jo. "If you don't like the food then yell at AJ, he cooked most of it."

"It's fine. It's perfect, this is all so perfect!"

"Well see I wanted to impress you so when I ask you if you'll travel with us you'll say yes."

"Wha?" She asked looking up at him. "You want me to go with you guys?"

"Yeah. I think the other girls will like it too. So?"

"Of course I'll go!!"

"Good." He said and then went to his food. They finished eating and then they decided to bowl a bit. After a couple of hours they decided to go back upstairs to see what was going on with everyone else. As they were walking up the stairs Brian leaned into Jo and whispered in her ear, "I have one more question. Will you be my girl?"

"Yes." She whispered back as she leaned her head back onto his shoulder.

Things seemed to be going pretty good upstairs. Nick had gone back over to Mandy's house. They were leaving the next day so he decided to spend his last day with her. Howie was spending the time with his parents and AJ took Laura over to his mothers house to spend time with her. They saw each other all the time on the road but this way they could be mother and son without business getting in the way. Kevin was upstairs in the livingroom with Jenn and Mickey. Brian and Jo joined them just as Mickey was getting up to go out to the mall for a little bit. Kevin suggested that they all go out for a bit. Mickey and Jenn took Brian's Jeep and Brian, Kevin and Jo went in Kev's car. They were going to meet up in an hour at Starbucks.

"So you're going through withdrawal huh?" Jenn asked Mickey as they were pulling out of the driveway.

"You have no idea." Mickey said looking at her. They were refering to 5ive's cd, Mickey hadn't heard it since they left Toronto.

"Sneaking away to buy another five guy group cd." She shook her head. "What would the guys say?"

"Hey, it's not like it's N Sync or anything. 5ive has a little bit of a different style."

"Yeah, plus they have Scott right?"

"Well, that's just a bonus for me." Mickey smiled.

The fist thing they did when they got to the mall was buy the cd. Once Mickey had the cd she didn't care what they did. Jenn suggested just walking around and looking at the guys and the different stores. A lot of the stores were different then the ones in Canada and these ones had better clothes. Both Jenn and Mickey were rather impressed with the clothes and the guys. They saw Amanda and she came right over to them and started chatting. She apologized for leaving early yesterday, she told them that everyone was getting cranky and Nick wanted to go somewhere. Mickey told her that she didn't need to apologize. Amanda was at the mall to buy something for her mother's birthday, she couldn't think of anything though. The three of them walked around trying to find something. They lost track of time and when Mickey looked at her watch she remembered that they had to go meet up with Kevin and them. They said goodbye to Amanda and left.

"I'm suprised that she's so nice." Jenn exclaimed. "I'd thought she would be some big bitch or something."

"Yeah, she's alright." Mickey said putting the 5ive cd on.

"You don't want to like her because of Mandy right?"

"I didn't say that I didn't like her. And what does liking her have to do with Mandy. I think everyone's reading too much into this whole thing with Nick."

"Sorry. I think you guys would be good together. I'd like to see you get with him."

"Thanks, but unfortunately it's not that easy. I wish it was though."

"Why aren't you trying to get him? Usually you wouldn't settle like that, especially where things looked like you were getting together."

"I don't know Jenn. I guess because I have a lot to lose this time."

"You'll get him, don't worry." Jenn said looking over at her friend.

They drove to the Starbucks singing away and dancing in their seats. The day had been going pretty good, nobody was fighting and Mickey didn't have to see Nick and Mandy. Mickey told Jenn how Nick came into the kitchen this morning and then left again. Jenn just shrugged her shoulders and said that he probably wasn't in the mood to pick a fight with her and AJ. Mickey was agreeing with her when she say police lights behind her. She pulled over to let them pass. Instead of passing they stopped.

"Oh great." Mickey said.

"Were you speeding?" Jenn asked.

"I didn't think so." She said looking in the rearview mirror. The SWAT team had surrounded them and had their guns drawn. "What the?"

"Driver put your hands up. I repeat, driver put your hands up." Mickey and Jenn just looked at each other.
