Our Flamenco Dance School is, undoubtedly, one of the most important and outstanding Centers in Spain and, consequently, in the World. It has been sowing the seeds of love for Flamenco for years, and, in turn, it has collected an internationally recognized prestige.

The teachers, our school has pride in having, are artists who give the best of themselves to our students. The latter achieve a significant and authentic artistic quality, which they show wherever they go.

The director, teachers and students, already recognized for their artistic value, have had their work officially recognized from the point of view of the Academic World.

It has been the University of Granada (Southern Spain) which has pioneered this event, granting the director of our School, Maria Guardia "Mariquilla" the category of Professor.

The Flamenco Dance Center "Mariquilla" is, therefore, the FIRST OFFICIALLY RECOGNIZED FLAMENCO PROFESSORSHIP in the World, with its director "Mariquilla" as its head.
