This is Hitomi Hiryu's deck, he just told me fast attack...oh well, I am sure he will update this and tell you what you should do and play under the stronghold. Hiryu?? - Bayushi Koda
Ahem. (Takes the podium)Thank you, Koda-san. Yes, fast attack is pretty much the key. However, recently I've put some cards in that probably only slow it down, but adds to the fun. For instance, if you plan on playing my tainted friend, Kokujin, you should really only play his exp. version. I put his earlier version in though, because as I said, it's fun!! The Tattooing Chamber, I've found, rarely seems to come up at the right time, nor really helps with fast attack either, but it goes with the theme, so I put it in also. Basically the strategy goes like this: You've a good chance of going first due to the almost all three focus value cards, and pray for the first turn breach. Then because the personalities are so cheap, bring 'em in, and slap a Dragon Tattoo or Tattooed Men on 'em and send 'em over! Smack down a Deadly Ground or Battlefield of Shallow Graves, and try and be relentless. If you can get out Kokujin, put the Obsidian Blade (of course) or even better the Ancestral Sword on him and make short work of the opponent. The Be Prepared to Dig Two Graves works insanely well with Nakuso, or even Kokujin in battle, and the Poison Weapons work great with the otherwise lame ability of Kobai (Yes! I know with a Bloodsword on him, he rocks, but I like to play storyline, and the Dragon aren't Iuchiban's puppets! Sorry). The worst thing about the fate deck, I think, are the Spearmen. Only because they don't have the tattooed trait. Once you get Tashima out, there goes his 'sneak attack'. Oh, yeah! Under the stronghold (Always, always, always! No exceptions, guys!)2 x Rallying Cry, 1 x Deadly Ground, 1 x Battlefield of Shallow Graves, and 1 x Ring of Void. These five work the best. So there. - Hitomi Hiryu
