Who is a Mother?
A mother is someone who stays awake half the night to take care of her sick child;
She is there when her child needs comfort;
She is there when her child needs a smile;
She will not hesitate to do everything she can for her child;
She is kind and understanding;
She knows that her child needs love;
She will always worry about her child whether her child is six or sixty;
She is a nurse, a doctor and a chauffeur;
She tries to be there for all the school trips;
She is the one beaming proudly in the audience, at her child's concerts;
She is the one that proudly shows her child off to everyone at the park;
She tries to bake cookies for the bake sale, though she may not bake as well as Betty Crocker;
She is always there to fall back on when her child needs extra help for that last minute project !
She may not be superwoman, but she comes close to being one.
What do you give your mother on a special day that is dedicated to her ?
