"The best laid plans of mice and men often go awry..." the words that epitomize my life! If anyone would have told me last year that I would be where I am today, well, I would have called them crazy. This page is my life (in a nutshell...do you like the Barenaked Ladies?) Since you cared enough about me to actually look at this second page, I imagine that a little more background info about me would be beneficial.
I was born in Morgantown, West Virginia...no I'm not in-bred, a hillbilly, nor do I play the banjo, but I really wish I knew how to make moonshine.
My dad was in the Navy so we moved around a lot when I was young. I've lived in West Virginia, South Carolina, Mississippi, Georgia, and finally Florida. A true southern belle...yeah, right.
I have 2 younger brothers. Jay (17) and Jon (16) and they would be mortified if they knew that I put that I was related to them somewhere in PUBLIC!
I just have to mention that I went to Manatee High School...I loved every second of it, but I would never go back.
I graduated with a degree in Biological Science from the Florida State University...but it should have been a combined degree in over-involvement, advanced partying, combined with a masters in procrastination.
I'm a Chi Omega. (hoot, hoot) Yes, I am a sorority girl...but I don't wear bows!! I don't care what people say, being in a sorority taught me how to be an individual, not a conformist (by any stretch of the imagination.)
One day, when I grow up, I'm going to be a doctor. I'm only in my second year of med school here in Miami, and it seems like forever until I'm out in the real world. But that's ok, I still have a bit of growing up to do!
I'm sorry to all of you that live here and love it, but I hate Miami, and I can't wait to get out of Florida. (I've lived in the vacation/retirement state for 10 years...it's time for new horizons.)
I'm addicted to e-mail and my computer...it is quite frightening sometimes.
I have another addiction...he knows who he is...
