#30B Birthmother ISO - Male Adoptee
DOB - 4/20/70 Place - Lynchburg, VA
12 lbs 2 oz Born at 12:10pm
He had brown hair and a small birthmark on his forehead. I stayed at the Florence Crittenton Home for Unwed Mothers in Lynchburg, and he was born at Lynchburg General Hospital. His birth name was William Scott Carter. I do not know his adoptive name. I have been searching for 3 years now and no luck yet.
