After getting the SECRET KEY go to the Cinnabar Gym. Be sure to bring some wter and rock in with you to defeat all of the people in the fire only gym. If you have trouble against the Burglars and Supernerds, don't fight Blaine yet. Once past all of these people, you shall find Blaine.Blaine's arsenal of pokemon is a fiery one.
