Corvette Engine Stamp Pads - Big Block

These are engine stamp pads on the front of big block Chevrolet engines in Corvettes. Notice that this pad is located just in front of the passenger side head and above the water pump. These are typical of what you will find when checking the numbers on a block to see if it matches the car. However, since this area is faked often, there is more than simply checking these numbers to see if the engine is original.
