EK=Jarl Einar Kuppel (Jarl of Hjorig); Gn=The Gnoll Fells; TE=Tor of Lirorn (Tor Elke); GF=Ghus Feuerscorn (Yeenoghu’s Dark Curse); DB=Donnek Borg Forjen (Borg Hedsen Traders)
Sparsely populated but not overly wild, the provinces of Hjorig provide a buffer between Vosgaard and the Brecht Overlook States.
Jarl Einar Kuppel: Flaunts Rjurik tradition by governing the land as its sole monarch. Brutal and perverted, he has gone against all claims to his power.
The Gnoll Fells: Warlords from across the border, they are loyal to Ghus Feuerscorn.
Tor Elke: The Jarl’s closest living relative and, therefore, his most dangerous enemy (to his view anyway).
Ghus Feuerscorn: A gnoll priest, he has managed to organize and control a good number of his fellow gnolls.
Donnek Borg Forjen: Would just as soon keep out of politics, he is a traditionalist Rjurik.
