Broken by the might of the Iron Hand Orogs, the Khinasi-Vos realm of Merasaf fractured into two large states. To the southeast, modern Merasaf became a divided land torn between two cultural identities.
Barak Wohlken: Considered the Tsar of Yeninskiy, he represents his clan in traditional Vos fashion
Lita Torsk: learned how to govern from her father, a Merasaf noble. She tries to emulate Khinasi government style, but with defiant Vos undertones.
Raiders of Yeninskiy: Freely “trade” with anyone. Preying on all equally and with out prejudice.
Captain Kasimir ept-Amed: Most powerful of the Brotherhood, he is a bloodthirsty Khinasi captain that has a price on his head in Merasaf.
Captain Dimas: Romantic tales tell of betrayal and love lost, believed not to be a pirate by choice. He has a reputation of mercy.
Ferask: Never appears in public with out a mask. Does not concern himself much with managing Yeninskiy.
Neva Wohlken: Tries to bridge the old clan ways with the new cultural ties moving in. Sister of Barak Wohlken, they disagree a lot.
Suvek the White: Bears many signs of Belinik’s favor (at least five spell tattoos), follows the old truths of Clan and War.
Corazon Vladimirovich: An acolyte of Merasaf’s Shield of Halaia. She serves the few remaining Khinasi in Yeninskiy, allied with Lita Torsk.
Vor Lekiniskiy: Yes, he is a Real Dragon……
