Pasco Bill's Pica-Dio
This is a great addition to spice up almost anything!! Try it on your favorite dish.
-1 onion chopped
-2 tomatos diced
-5 jalepenos diced ( more if you like it hotter)
-A few sprigs of chopped cilantro
Mix together and salt and pepper to taste.
Sometimes I put a teaspoon of minced garlic in mine.
*Jalepenos vary in degrees of hotness , it's hard to tell how hot they are
going to be untill you taste them.
