Ingredients
1 nine (9) inch graham cracker pie crust
1 fourteen (14) ounce can pre-sweetened condensed
milk
3 egg yolks (whites are not used)
1/2 cup lime juice
Preparation
Combine condensed milk, egg yolks and lime juice. Blend until smooth.
Pour filling into pie crust and bake at 350º for 10 minutes. Allow to cool for
15 minutes before refrigerating 24 hours to let the flavors combine. Just
before serving, top with whipped cream and garnish with lime slices.
