"What?" Janine Williams shouted back.

"Everything! Your whining, Blake's ranting, Tori's vanity, and Shelley's boys! It's all driving me insane!"

"What on earth are you talking about?"

"God, Janine, we can't be in the same room together for more than five minutes without fighting."

Just then, the rest of Sliversin, the girl group that Kira and Janine belonged to, all ran in.

"What's going on?" Blake Roberts demanded, "We can hear you guys down the hall."

"Kira totally flipped out," Janine said.

Tori Daniels popped her gum, "What's wrong with you Kira?"

Kira lunged at her, knocking her down to the ground. She stuck her finger in Tori's mouth and grabbed her gum. Flinging it across the room, she shouted, "If I hear you pop your gum one more time, I'm gonna kill someone!"

The girls all stared at Kira in shock.

She slowly stood up, smoothed her hair, and mentally counted to 10.

"I'm sorry," she said, and took abother deep breath, "But I've got to leave before I do something else I'll regret. I'll miss you all, but I'm leaving Sliversin."

She picked up her two suitcases and left the girls that she'd spent the last four years of her life with, never looking back as she left.

All any of the other girls could do was stand there with their jaws dropped.
