- ANSWER: This problem is with Netscape. The only thing I can tell you is to use Internet Explorer. It comes with Windows and all the themes seem to work fine with it. To open up Internet Explorer, look on your desktop for an icon of a globe with a magnifying glass on it that says "The Internet" or if you have Windows 98 look for an icon that says "Internet Explorer" You then will probably have to configure it. It's pretty easy. Just choose "I already have an Internet Service Provider and I'd like to use it" or something like that and your problem should be solved. So if you have Windows, you have Internet Explorer. Or if you don't feel like doing that, you can try downloading the files using a program called GetRight. You can get it free at http://www.getright.com
