• Fanfics should involve at least one of the X-teams or characters from one or more teams. I'm willing to make some exceptions for muse fics, but I'd prefer it if they'd at least refer to a character or team.

• Stories should be sent in one of two formats:
  • as an HTML document. I'm not looking for anything fancy -- just put in the paragraph and line breaks.

  • as an e-mail attachment. I can accept fics written in Notepad, Wordpad or Microsoft Word.

  If you feel you absolutely must send your fics in another format, please e-mail me first to find out if that method will work.

• Though I've made exceptions in the past, I can no longer accept URLs of posted stories as submissions. If you want your fics posted on my archive, that's great -- I'd love to have them. But please send me a copy of the fic. It's too difficult for me to have to go to another website, cut and paste the material and then change all of the formatting.

• Authors must spell check their fics before submitting them to this site (grammar check, too, if possible). Stories with excessive errors often become difficult to read, so this rule is really for the author's benefit. If you feel you need extra help, try visiting one of these sites:

  If your fic contains excessive errors (ie, if an ordinary person would be unable to follow the storyline because of spelling, grammar or punctuation mistakes), it will not be posted.

• Authors should include an email address so that feedback can be provided.

• Please include a teaser with each story submitted. If you don't include a teaser I will have to either make one up, in which case you run the risk of me summarizing your story incorrectly, or not post your work until you send me a teaser.

• Please include a rating with your submission, and if in doubt, ask me what I think your fic should be rated. Due to website restrictions, I am unable to post fics rated R or NC-17. Note: I reserve the right not to print any fic that has excessive violence or sexual content, or that is libelous, defamatory or unfit to print for any other reason.

• Artwork may be either color or black-and-white, but please make it dark enough to be seen. Drawings done in lightweight pencil do not scan in very well and are often difficult to see. Note: I reserve the right not to print any artwork that depicts excessive violence or sexual content, or that is unfit to post for any other reason.

• Artwork should be sent as an e-mail attachment (preferably a JPEG or GIF, since my mailbox space is limited).

• Please include a title for your art, along with your name/handle and your e-mail address.
