BAKERS DOZEN CONTEST

Okay, here is another sales idea you may want to try...

Tell your customers that you are going to have a BAKERS DOZEN CONTEST...with the grand prize being a gift certificate for $25 in FREE Avon Products! Also tell them that if they want to enter the FREE contest they need to let you know by xx/xx/00 (I'd make this date 2 weeks before the contest starts).

Contest Rules: (this is the rules you will give to the participants)

1--Pass the campaign books that you receive to as many people as you can think of and take orders.
2--Do it in within one week from the time you receive the brochures from me.
3--You will need a total of $100 in orders to be entered into the drawing for the gift certificate!
4--Contest ends on xx/xx/00 (make this date one week from the time the contest starts)

Let them know that you will need 13 people to participate in the contest and that EVERYONE is a winner!

Prizes include:
1 Grand Prize:
$25 Gift Certificate for FREE Avon Products

1 Highest Sales Prize:
The person with the highest sales will receive a free full sized Avon Product valued at at least $5 (you need to pick this out and let them know what it is, if you want to)

Everyone gets:
10% of their sales in FREE Avon Products of their choice. (not including Avon Style, Customer Order Builders's or Licensed Products)

Okay, lets think about WHY you would want to do this...

1. You will get tons of new customers out of it!
2. You will be at 50% sales level.
3. You would be that much closer to PC or whatever level your trying for.
4. You may get some potential recruits out of this contest.

Lets do the math and see what you would earn:
13 people selling at least $100 would be sales of $1300.

You will also need to purchase the prizes...Grand Prize...$25 PLUS Most Sales Prize...$5

So that means you would have a total order of $1330. You earn $665. You would give 10% as an award for entering the contest...so:

$665 - $131 (10%) = $534 - $15 (prizes your cost) = $519 in profit!!!!

2 order books (tell them how to fill out)
1 pencil (so they are ready to take orders)
4 campaign brochures with your info. on the back.
1 Rules sheet with prizes and deadlines clearly stated.
