“Yea Amber?” Rachel asked.
“What if Nick finds out he still loves Ashleigh and he wants to be with her.” Amber asked. “I mean I know he still loves her…but what if he loves her more than he loves me?”
“I don’t and I wont.” Nick said, from behind Amber.
“All it is is one simple little talk.” Nick said. “You’re the one who is carrying my baby.”
“Oh Nick. I love you so much.” Amber said.
“I love you.” Nick said. “Now I’d better go, so that I get to Dan’s on time.”
“Okay. Bye Nick.” Amber said.
“Amber, I’m going to go watch M-TV…okay?” Rach asked.
“okay.” Amber said.
“Ah!” Rachel heard Amber scream, 10 minutes later.
“What’s wrong?” Rach asked. “Oh crap…I’m calling the ambulance.”
“Oh no.” Amber said. “The baby.”
“Amber…shh…” Rach said. “Just worry about your recovery. Okay, Amber you’re going into an ambulance now.” Rach said. “I’ll be here with you.”
“What happened miss?” a medical guy asked.
“Um…I don’t know…I was in the living room…then I heard her scream.” Rach said.
“Miss Cleveland? What happened?”
“Someone shot me.” Amber said.
“Oh no…” Rachel said.
“The baby! The baby!” Amber kept mumbling.
“What is she mumbling about miss?”
“Her baby…she’s pregnant.” Rachel said.
“Quick get her into the ER…” A doctor said.
“Miss, you’ll have to wait in the waiting room.” The doctor said.
“But…” Rach said.
“I have to call them.” Rach said as she dialed Nick’s cell phone number. “Nick!” Rachel said. “Are you done with Ashleigh yet?”
“Yea, we pretty much are done.” Nick said. “Why?”
“Amber” Rachel said, as she started crying again.
“What happened Rach?” Nick asked. “What happened?”
“She…she…was shot.” Rach said. “We’re in the Tampa Hospital.”
“I’ll be there.” Nick said.
“Call everyone.” Rachel said.
“Oh, I will.” Nick said. “I will.”
