Megan shot Muzic a death look and ran off the stage to the wardrob area. "Megs.... Come on... please..." Muzic said, running after her.
"Muz....." Megan looked at her friends pleading eyes. "OK. OK I'll do it. But if I make a fool of myself..."
"You wont. Now get ready cause I have a showstopper schedualed for you." Muzic said, walking back towards the door.
"What are you going to tell them to play?"
"'Have You Ever?'" Muzic called over her shoulder and walked out of the room.
"Good Lord... that girl is going to be the death of me some day..." Megan said and began trying to find an outfit to wear.
"Hey Muzic! You all were great up there!!!" AJ said, a smile gracing his face when he saw Muzic walking towards them from the DJ stand. They were right in front of the stage.
"Thanks." she smiled and sat down in the chair next to him.
"Where's Megan?" Brian asked.
"Yeah... I thought she was going to sing." Nick added.
"She is. She is getting ready. There is no way that she could have done the song she is doing in those cloths."
"What is she singing?"
"You'll find out soon enough."
"OK, OK, OK people." Jeff said into his mic. "Megan is ready... the question is, are you all ready to see what this girl can do?" Muzic heard a response from some guys that were sitting in the back of the room. "OK..... give it up for Megan."
That was her cue. Megan walked out onto the stage in a dark dark green dress that went all the way down to the floor. The top half of it we made of crushed velvet and the bottom was made of a satiny material. She had her hair up and secured with a clip.
She looked down at the table right in front of her and found Muzic, Sandy, K-ci, and the guys smiling back at her. That gave her the courage she needed to nod in Jeff direction, signaling him to start the music.

"Whoa..... Ladies and Gentalmen, if I didn't know better, I'd say that we had Brandy up in the house!" Jeff said from the Stand.
Megan took a bow and walked off the stage, smiling.
"MEGAN!!!!" Muzic yelled as she saw her friend walking toward the table. "That was incredible!" She jumped up and hugged her.
"I have never seen anything like that...." Kevin said, looking at Megan.
"What? I was just singing..."
"Yeah... we know!" Sandy said, smiling.
Megan shrugged and sat down, next to Nick. "You did a really good job up there." He whispered to her.
"Thanks.... I was so nervous...."
Then the song "The Hardest Thing" by ~98degrees came on. AJ stood up and held his hand out.
"May I have this dance?" Muzic took his hand and they started slow dancing.
Nick whispered in Megan's ear, "Wanna dance." She nodded. So they started dancing.
They both looked at each other's eyes when AJ whispered, "You're eyes. What color are they?"
"Well I don't know really. I can't tell if they're blue or green but my friends call it ‘aqua'."
She leaned on his shoulder. "You know you're not like other fans. The other fans would of attack us." He smiled. So did Muzic. They danced through the whole song.
"Nick?" Megan whispered. "WERE you jealous just because I kissed Brian?" She blushed.
Nick smiled. "You wanna know the truth?" She nodded nervously. Nick took a deep breath. "Yes. I mean I really like you. You are the first girl who never attacked us. You're one of a kind. Counting Muzic then you're two of a kind. Whatever. To me you're just special."
She smiled dreamily. She leaned on him and they danced through the rest of song.
After the song ‘Mambo Number (5) Five' by Lou Bega came on and everybody started doing the mambo.
"Wanna a drink?" Nick asked Megan.
"Yea sure. Can you get me a coke please." He nodded and left.
Then K-ci came in with AJ and Muzic. K-ci asked AJ, "Do you mind if I take Muzic for a dance?"
"Sure,"AJ said sitting next to Megan and the others. Muzic and K-ci started doing the mambo together.
Then Nick came with their sodas. Then the song ‘Tearin' up my heart' came on and *N SYNC came in the bar!
