Source: MTV News mtv.com

Fresh-faced heartthrobs, rock journeymen, and high-glam divas make up the bulk of this year's top ten tours according to the folks at Amusement Business Boxscore.

According to 1999 box office tallies, The Rolling Stones were the cream of the tour crop this year (or at least the top bread-winners), taking home a staggering $89,253,412 in 45 shows.

Coming in a distant second was Bruce Springsteen, who managed to rake in $53,010,961 on his reunion outing with the E Street Band. The Dave Matthews Band and 'NSYNC both managed to bring in more than $44 million to land at three and four respectively, and Shania Twain pulled in more than $36 million to round out the top five.

Country star George Strait ($32 million), perennial diva Cher ($31 million), the indescribable Neil Diamond ($31 million), Canadian songstress Celine Dion ($26 million), and boy band behemoth Backstreet Boys ($24 million) make up the rest of the top ten.
