Sorry for the latest delay. It's not like I haven't been online a lot lately, either. But the garden is self-maintaining because I made it that way, and when I get frustrated with sewing, I have to let it go, or I end up wrecking my projects just through ripping out seams over and over again... Bah.

Let's start with some child labour law violations. :-) The kids just don't want to go to the community garden anymore, because I make them work. Dragon Boy picks other people's potato bugs, which the other gardeners like, but I sometimes have to set the Tiger down on the "naughty seat" because she gets bored with watering the garden carefully. The kids don't seem to be able to amuse themselves without a television set or computer anymore. I should drag them to the garden more often. See, here they're duelling with wild carrot umbels. Plenty of umbels for them to pluck, thank goodness.

Let's move on to the company picnic, shall we? Lots for kids to do from 10:00 to 16:00. Lots of bouncing. Poking around inside a fire engine, sliding down the water slides, chasing turkeys, smelling sheep (none of them blue), petting the sheep, bossing littler kids around, getting littler kids to stick their fingers into the sheeps' mouths... Urgh.
