Chapter Two
"Hey girl how yah holding up" Kim asked me as she walked into my room. "Yah I'm hanging in there, but I don't know if it's much of a big deal." I said. "Well you know what we need to go out, let's go to a movie or something." Kim said happily. "Alright, what'd you have in mind." I asked sneakily,knowing she had something up her sleeve. "How about, that party tonight, at Lisa's parents beach house it's about an hour away but it'll be worth it, we can crash there afterwards." Kim said, laughing. "what, are you laughing at," I asked getting furious. "your newspaper you have NANNY circled" Kim said, then added "so you up for it" "Nah, I think I'll hang around here, you go though have fun. I got an interview tomorrow, so I think Im gonna go to bed early" I said turning to go to my bathroom. "A'right I'm gonna go to her party, But you have to promise that her next beach party you'll go" Kim said still smiling. "Yah when is it tomorrow night" I asked. "Actually as a matter of fact it is" she said laughing that I guessed it. Lisa was Miss Rich Priss, (LISA IT'S JUST A STORY K YAH KNOW I STILL LOVE YAH GURL ) although she was one of my best friends she was rich, and that was just a nick name for her, she wasn't really stuck up, at least not towards me, I wasn't sure about other's but then again they'd deserve it. Lisa got everything she wanted which meant she didn't have to work, and to me that wasn't fair. I had been working long and hard for my acting career, and it still hasn't worked for me. So when Lisa was offered a modeling contract I was quick to think the wrong thing, that was until I really got to know her, she wasn't so stuck up. "Amie get out of your thoughts" Kim said trying to get my attention. "what" I said startled , why does she always do that I mean what If I'm dreaming of my long lost love or something gees. I laughed at the thought. "So, what do yah want aren't you leaving" I asked hoping she'd leave me alone for awhile. "Yah I'm jetting talk to you later call me when you get back from your interview" she said and left. "Ok what to do now" I thought "I know I'll go to a movie" I said out loud to myself. So I left to go see a movie, which one was the problem. "Hi one ticket to see the Matrix " I said happily, it was a movie I was gonna go see with Chris, but he';s gone I mine as well go see it on my own. "I.D please" the lady said. "I'm 22 I'm way over 17," I thought to myself as I rummeged through my purse. "OH shit, I can't find it" I almost screamed. "Hey your holding up the line" a guy behind me said. "Well excuse me it's not my fault this lady thinks too young to watch a rated R movie." I said kind of rudely "Well it's not our fault" he said "OK fine your getting on my LAST nerves." I said as I turned around to see a really cute guy with dark Brown hair and the cutest smile, but I didn't let it get to me. "Good thankyou for leavin" he said So beatin' I left angry as well. I decided to go to the pool, and swim some laps, I didn't know what else to do so I went home to get my blue swim suit on and left for the local pool. "so this is what your life ends up with" I said aloud talking to myself. I grabbed my keys and a towel and left it was almost 7 so I figured it would end up being deserted. I finally got to it after almost two hours so it was almost nine, luckily I was able to go swim some laps. I got it and there was one other person in there it was a guy I decided not to pay attention to him so I started my laps. "YOU" he said I turned around to see the same guy who was in line after me, "Oh great" I muttered to myself "Yah Me, what about me" I said sarcastically. "You don't have to be so rude to me" he said "Well you didn't have to be rude to me first" I stated I wasn't going to back down this time. "Do you know who I am" he said apparently thinking I did somehow "Actually I do" I said He smiled and I continued. "Yah a lousy excuse for a nice human being" I said thinking what an idiot I am, I just made a really stupid comeback. He looked at me with a confused and somewhat shocked look on his face. "Right and you would be, a bitch who has some cooling down to do" he said laughing "Oh shut up, and please next time you come swim, wear shorts that go with today's style" I said laughing at his shorts that had leapord print on it. "Excuse me" He said "Yah excuse u is the word, your really rude and inconsiderate of other people, get some people skills, cause if you ever wanna make it in this world you need that much." I said starting to walk off. "yah the same goes for you" he said "Not really I was rude to you the first time because you were to me, I've had a bad say, and your only making it worse, so do me a favor and get some new swimming trunks" I said then stalked off angry again. I thought to myself "what am I gonna do I keep leaving everywhere angry" I decided to go home, I wasn't hungry so I went straight to bed, I fell asleep and for some reason had a dream about that guy, telling me I'd see him again. The next day I went to my interview. I knocked on the door and a lady between the age of 45 to 60 answered. "Hi, I'm Amie applying for the nanny position" I said sweetly. I loved kids so I thought this would be perfect. "YOU" I heard and I turned around to see HIM again.
