About CSF
"Dear friends, do not be afraid to take up this
challenge: be holy men and women! Do not forget that
the fruits of the apostolate depend on the depth of
spiritual life, on the intensity of prayer, on continual
formation and on sincere adherence to the Church's
directives. Today I repeat to you, as I did to the
young people during the recent World Youth Day, that
if you are what you should be - that is, if you live
Christianity without compromise - you will set the world
ablaze."
Pope John Paul II

CSF Constitution
CSF operates out of St. Augustine's Church and Catholic Student Center in Gainesville, FL
(GO GATORS!!!). We meet Monday nights at 7:00 PM in the Upper Room of the Hurley
House, the activities center for St. Augustine's. St. Augustine's is located right
across the street from the University of Florida campus, a few blocks east of Ben Hill Griffin
Stadium. And the Hurley House is located right next to the parking lot behind the church.
We generally begin our CSF meetings with a 15-20 minute period of praise & worship during which our
awesome music ministry leads us in song. Then, following an opening prayer, one or
more of our members will lead a discussion on a topic relating to our faith. We end with a
closing prayer and (if our musicians feel so inspired) more praise and worship. Also, please
note that each Monday at 6:30 PM (just before CSF), we meet to pray the scriptural rosary.
If you're ever in the area, we'd love to have you drop by and join us. In the meantime,
keep the faith, and God bless!
