Morgan looked around her room and sighed. "OK, three days to get
unpacked and then it's back to the old mill." she thought out loud. Her
bedroom was filled with boxes as was her house, and she had three days
to unpack. All of it. She started with the books. "Anne of Green
Gables", "The Hobbit", oops, library book. Dang. Photo album. . . .she
picked it up and started to leaf through the pages. Baby shots. Toddler
years. Teens and that was it. She turned to the last page and a little
peice of paper fell out. She picked it up and it read: Brian-
896-5970 She ran to the phone. She dialed and got a machine. It
said, "Hi you got Brian's machine. I'm out either doing a shoot,
meet-n-greet, show, OR I'm perposly avoiding your call. But the latter
probably isn't true. Leave it. Don't hang up. I hate hang-ups. BEEP"
"Hi Brian? It's Morgan. I wasn't positive that this was your number
but the machine said it all. Anyway, call me. We have lots to catch up
on. It's been almost a year and you probably don't even remember me.
Oh well. Um, the number's 745-5698. Bye." Morgan sat down. She
couldn't believe what she just did.
