I know I didn't just imagine the POed tone of voice and the jealous look on the captains face... moreover, it seems that that was the effect that Chakotay was hoping for...

...Turns out the transporter malfunctioned. My uniform ended up in the pattern buffer."
Archer:
"You're kidding... you were naked?"
Chakotay:
"Not entirely... I had my combadge."

"I hope it was well-placed."
I know this one wasn't J/C and that Archer was really a Purple People Eater, but you have to admit, it does paint an interesting picture...
Janeway:
"You're clear to dock, Shuttle Bay Two... any word from Chakotay?"
Paris:
"I'm afraid not."
Nothing too spectacular about this line except for the fact that she licked her lips after saying his name...
