Christie Clark (Carrie Brady)
A native Californian, Christie Clark was always a budding actress. Christie’s mother took
her to meet an agent and she quickly got her first gigs, three national commercials for
Mattel Toys.
Christie soon got roles on Hardcastle and McCormick, Alfred Hitchcock Presents,
Balboa & Ask Max.
In 1986, Christie Clark became Carrie Brady on Days Of Our Lives. Christie
played Carrie, a little girl with a big heart. Christie soon left the role and worked on some
more films, which included Children of the Corn II: The Final Sacrifice & A
Nightmare on Elm Street, Part II.
In 1992, Christie return to the role of Carrie, who was now a teenager. Christie won
many Emmy nominations, including Outstanding Younger Lead Actress in ‘97 & ‘98.
Recently, Christie has to decided to leave DAYS gain and attend an acting school in
London. Christie, as well as Carrie, will be missed greatly. But Christie will ALWAYS
be Carrie Brady-Reed.
