History: After a distinguished career in Mexico, Shawn Morely made his way up north for his big break in the WWF. After taking time out at the WWF training camp to get his wrestling and mic skills in order, the WWF began running viginettes on RAW featuring Morely's porno/wrestler character. He showed up to a big pop, and was immediately over with his controversial gimmick. He began feuding with Kaientai over a fling he had with the manager's "wife." He lost the feud when the "Big Valbowski" met a metal sword, and Val ended up having to get emergency surgery to fix his problem. He confronted his "problem" on RAW with John Wayne Bobbit, another famous victim of a "choppy choppy." After the feud with Kaientai died, he began being confronted by Dustin Runnels. Dustin claimed to have found God, and said that he despised what Val Venis was doing. Val got back by airing a "movie" on RAW which showed him in bed with Dustin's wife Marlena. After another movie airing, while making Dustin watch while being tied to the ropes. Dustin brought back Golddust and started feuding over Marlena. Marlena then announced that she was pregnant. Val said he would have nothing of it, claimed he had a vasectomy, and then ditched Marlena. Marlena began haunting Val by attacking him at ringside, along with Jaquelyn, who had just ditched Mark Mero. Val then began teaming up with the Godfater in a new tag team. This didn't last long, as the Godfather suffered and injury, so Val went on to feud with Ken Shamrock and Billy Gunn, filming a few new videos with Ken Shamrock's sister. Val won the IC belt at St. Valentine's Day Massacre. He t hen got into a four way feud with Golddust, SHamrock, and the Road Dogg. He lost the IC title to Road Dogg.
