Counterfit Cards
Many times before I have seen counterfit card. Most of them have been pretty good. Most of the really good. But some are just pathetic. I hope you will profit from these tips.
Things to look for:
- Holgraphic cards that are Non-Holographic(Basic Set and all Japanesee cards only)
- Extra thickness
- A card that feels to light is usually counterfit
- If the card has the wrong holographic background.
- The wrong color .
- Energy signs are blury.
- Pokeballs on the back of the cards are up- side down.
- Company information is blury.
- Hold the card up to the light, if you can see through it, it is fake.
- The print is to small or big.
- Anything not wrapped n the regular booster pack(or theme deck) fasion is fake.
- Look at the out line, some times it will be different.
- The swirls on the Pokeball will be darker or lighter.
- Any card with no artist info or Pokemon info is fake.
- NOTE: The basic set cards have two different types of print. On some the card is lighter. The HP is bold on most but some and less bold on others. These are NOT fake cards. The lighter cardswere producd early when Pokemon TCG had just started.
