Jen grabbed onto the front of Nick's shirt and held it in her hands for dear life.
"Stop RUNNING!" She yelled. She closed her eyes and felt his body slamming against the pavement as he ran, her still on his back. "You're gonna make us fall!" She laughed.
"THAT would be funny." Nick yelled back, running pointlessly in circles yet still trying to get to where Jen was instructing him.
"Ughh..NO! GO right! righhht!" She commanded, and he turned to run to his right. For a second though, Nick stopped, beginning to breathe heavily. "Woo..k..wore ME out." He said under his breath. Beginning to think she must be getting kind of heavy for Nick, Jen tapped his shoulder.
"Okay, let me down now!" She laughed. Nick stopped though and turned his head around to smile at her.
"Nooo!" He said in a shocked voice. "You're mine now! Ahaha!!" And he held her legs tighter and began to walk slowly to their right onto a man made path on the green grass. "Are we almost there?" He asked quietly.
"Just about two more turns."
"Does ANYONE know of this place??" Nick continued to question..
"Well...i dont think so..I just found it one day with Kim when we were wandering around down here." She explained. They entered a long field of green grass, with several trees scattered around, and Nick noticed a light at the end of the path. "Just keep going till that light!" She pointed. Nick shook his head and kept walking...
It only took them about two minutes to reach that spot..and when they did, Nick was amazed. He was never aware that there were any places like this in OTTAWA. They had reached somehow the top of a huge hill, filled with green grass, and still a couple of trees. The hill looked over on almost all of ottawa, and at the bottom, was a path leading to the lake. There were two lights up there, just two, that kind of looked like street lights. The city lights filled the air in front of them, but all were too far to even make out where they were coming from. They were alone up on this hill, that was for sure, and Nick just stood there for a minute.
"Wow, this is nice.." He started, gazing at the path way below them where they could see the lake starting. "What would happen if we rolled down this hill??" Nick asked, lifting one eyebrow in question.
"NO." Jen protested again "We'd probably kill ourselves, that's what!" Nick quickly got down on his hands and knees onto the cold grass, with Jen still on his back. "WOh k what are you doing?! Let me off now!" She yelled, while hitting his back. Nick slowly let go of his tight hold he had on her legs, and Jen released her hands from around his neck, and tried to stand up. She laughed at him. "What are you doing?!" She repeated, looking at him lieing on his back in the middle of the grass hill.
"Here, come here!" He asked, and patted his hand down beside him with one outstretched arm. Jen snickered, and slowly began to think of moving down onto the grass beside him..it was kind of dirty..she thought..but who cares TONIGHT! She laid down in the grass beside Nick, in the arm he had put beside him, and as she did, he grabbed that arm around her stomach from underneath, and before she could even say anything, flipped her over until their stomachs lay one on top of the other.
Jen laughed quietly still, learning that she was now on top of this Nick she had been wanting, and their faces were so close together again. She felt his body underneath hers and the cold grass behind them.
"I'm glad I could spend my time here in ottawa with YOU." He whispered. "I dont want to leave.." He looked into her eyes, the one street light from behind them shining some light on both of them.
"I dont want you to leave either..." She replied, feeling his chest underneath her. Finally Nick kissed the top of her forehead and held her onto him.
"Neh, I wont!" He laughed.

Kevin laughing near the water wasnt what Kim needed right now. Every person that knew Kim knew how she couldnt bear his cute laughter. It made her want him MORE. Althought, tonight as she glanced at him running after her on the beach, he seeemed like a different person. Not the person she had lusted for for over 3 years now...but someone she had just met today, for the first time, just...KEVIN. She kept their little game of chasing going on, after she had let go of his hand and ran. She ran, laughing, in and out of the waves. She hadnt gone too far into the waves yet, it just hit gently on her feet as they ran. And very soon, she heard footsteps splashing quickly in the water behind her. Suddenly she was stopped from her jog by a grab from behind. Kevin hugged her from behind, wrapping his arms around to her stomach.
"Got ya." He whispered in her left ear. Kim smiled, feeling his warm, tall body press against her back and engulf her. How does he always manage to do that?! She thought. Always manages to send sensations through my whole body by breathing down my neck.. She grabbed his hands and held them there.
"Yes...I guess you did.." She started, shifting her body around to face him and moving her arms around his waist, until they stood wrapped together, feet in the warm water. They stared at each other, only lit up by the moon.
"I feel like I've known you forever..." Kevin whispered, pulling his fingers through her hair. "Like..that I've seen you before or.." he stopped to think, but then forgot about it and trailed off.
"Maybe you have..." Kim whispered back, turning her head down to look at his neck, and his chest, against her. "Maybe you have..." she repeated, as she began to slowly kiss the small of his neck..giving in...
