Granted, I don't update the 2nd page as much as the first, but I just can't decide what to put on which page! Anyways, for some general info on Tisha visit my other pages here
Here is a picture(Sorry it's so big! I had to get it up ASAP and I have no idea how to make it smaller!) of Tisha and Casey from Tisha's new book called You Can Be a Woman Soccer Player. It is a MUST HAVE for any Tisholic!!!
Tisha and Casey Hoch
Tisha and Casey have been together since college and they currently live in Newport Beach. He said that after the WWC "Tish is exhausted but tremendously excited." They would often hang out with Mia(Tisha's college roommate)and her now-husband Christiaan (Chris). Casey played baseball at UNC and he was a letterman twice.
Here is Elaine's story of how she got to meet both Casey and Chris.
I got to talk to Casey...Tisha's boyfriend...and can i say they make the cutest couple!!!! I was talking to Casey about how i wished Tisha got more playing time (she's my fave), and he was like 'I wished she had more time too' and then I told him about my site, and how I get sooooo many messages a day/week asking me if Tisha is single...blah blah...I swear, it's not funny. And I always go...she's taken, and Casey was like laughing. and said something like 'Yeah...I know...Tisha's a beautiful person' or something like that, and it was funny. I did metion Tim(Ed. Note: Tim is a guy from the wwcontheww message boards who is in love with Tisha) to Casey, cause I remembered how he was like all crazy about her back on the wwconthewww boards, and Casey was like 'I have competition now' and it was funny. He's a nice guy!!! And, after the game I kinda followed Chris and Casey down to the sidelines, cause they were congratulating the players, and of course their fave players :).

Whenever Tisha goes back to her hometown of Modesto California, she helps coach the local girl's team. One father who's daughter plays on the team says "It makes a difference if you hear it from an icon. They idolize her. They want to do well for her."
Tisha has had soccer teams in Modesto named after her childhood teams. She played with the boys years before getting into high school. She says her teammates would laugh at their opponants when they found out it was a girl dribbling past them!
Tisha does tons of traveling as does the rest of the team. Between games and camps, she finds time to visit her parents, Lynda and Chick Venturini and her brother Todd in Modesto.
Here's story for you that Tish'a mother recently told a local newspaper: "We had just taken the training wheels off for her brother Todd, who was a couple of years older," she said. "I was looking out the window and there was Tisha, who was 2 years old, riding the bike into the street. I made a mad dash out the front door to get to her."

Teammates say Tisha is lethal in the air
Shannon MacMillan and Michelle Akers have both described Tisha as being "a total candy freak". Tisha herself says she is the worst on the team when it comes to candy intake. She supplies everyone with what they need like wint-o-green lifesavers, smarties, and candy corns. But she is a national spokesperson for produce for better health, too. She claims she can live off of fruits and vegetables and that corn, broccoli and apples are her favorites. Cinnamon toast is another one her favorite foods.
Her favorite movies are Father of the Bride, Grease, and The American President. Her favorite actor is Tom Cruise and Annette Benning is her favorite actress. She loves the Rosie O'Donnell Show and Just Shoot Me, and Will and Grace.
Michelle Akers says she "has a hilarious sense of humor" and that she "is a future comedy screen star" and also commented on how often Tisha changes her hair.(Ed. note-very true!Wonder what it will look like by the time the Olympics roll around!) Mich also says that she is "a clever savvy veteran player who always manages to score in our most crucial games". Kristine Lilly says that Tisha can win any ball to the head and Mia Hamm says she would love to be able "to head a ball with the authority of Tisha".
Tisha is an avid snow and water skier. She also enjoys reading, golfing with Mia, Julie Foudy, and Brandi Chastian, bike riding and coaching the local girls soccer team in Modesto. She also loves to play cards and scrabble with her teammates. Here she plays with Brandi and Danielle Fotopoulos.

Before the game, Mac(Shannon MacMillan)was saying how nervous she and Tisha were about their starts. But, luckily, the had their teammates there for support!
During the WWC, the team had to be escorted EVERYWHERE by police. Well, since they are pretty crazy at times, they took advantage of the bikes and helmets(Kate Sobrero and Tisha were wearing them when this pic was taken)and Lorrie Fair turned on the sirens of a motorcycle which caused even more attention to be directed to them!
