AJ and I ran down the stairs to see what all the screaming was about. When we got to the bottom of the stairs, our worried expressions turned into smiles.
Megan was laying on the floor on her stomach and Nick sat comfortably on her back. Megan looked blue from the lack of oxygen.
"Help me Micki!" she called.
AJ and I walked into the living room smiling. Megan had a smile plastered on her face despite her look of uncomfortableness. (Is that a word?)
"Who's your daddy?" Nick asked. Everyone in the room busted out laughing at Nick's comment.
"Say my name," Nick laughed. He got up from Megan and helped her up.
"I liked being on top of you," he whispered. Im not sure if he meant for everyone in the room to hear, but well, we did. I looked at AJ and then at Leah who was looking at Brian.
Megan blushed, turning the most interesting shade of red Ive ever seen.
"Oh, Micki, Robert called earlier. He needs to talk to you," Leah announced.
"Who's Robert?" AJ asked protectively.
"A friend who's helping me do something," I told him. I wasnt sure if I wanted to tell AJ about Megan, Leah, me and our group. I definitly couldnt compete with the Backstreet Boys, what if they thought we were stupid or something.
I walked into the kitchen and dialed Robert's number.
"Hello?" Robert asked.
"Hey, its Micki," I said.
"Oh, hey. Hey, listen, I got a producer over here that wants to see what you and the girls got," Robert announced.
I let out a loud shriek and started jumping up and down. I was so excited. What if he liked us? What if he hated us? What if he thought we sucked. What if he completely insults us and I dragged Megan and Leah out here for nothing? I started to get worried all of the sudden. Everyone rushed into the kitchen and looked at me quesitonly.
When I hung up with Robert, I looked at Leah and Megan I screamed.
"We got a chance! I have to call Robert tomorrow, but a producer is going to see us!" I shrieked. Now it was their turn to scream and jump up and down. This was going to be so awesome.
