Purpose: To provide Remote 35mm Framing .

Status: Optional.

Circuit Card:  Lamp House Deflection Unit  Key board FD008

Parts:  Wire, Monetary Switch, 9 pin  “D” connector male and Female with covers. (Monetary Switch could be foot pedal if no console space is available.)

Description:
Remove condenser Lens on top of deflection box CP by turning CCW.
Remove the four screws on the front lamp house deflection control panel.
With the aid of a tool like a screw driver or ice pick thread two wires thru transport deck. Push back the rubber strain relief while sliding the wires along side the control panel cable.  Connect wires to the control panel card as shown in picture, Lug X3 and X17.  Connect wires in the rear of Telecine to pins 1 and 2 of female 9 pin “D” connector. Mount remote switch, then connect to male 9 pin “D” pins 1 and 2.  Label the new remote framing connector.
