I have two programs on my pc for editing, Wave Pad and Audacity.
Getting a evp is not a daily thing, it may take many hours. Some evps are very hard to hear and then you are not really sure what it is saying. You have to be aware of your surroundings meaning other sounds you may pick up when recording. Even distance sounds that may be outside of your home or where your investigating may sound like a evp when playing it back.
