CADET EXECUTIVE OFFICER:
The
Executive Officer will
support the CO in all respects and be prepared to
take charge in the event of the CO's absence. The XO
should attend all unit functions and wil encourage
others to do so. Additional responsibilities
include:
• Attempting to solve problems in
the unit as
they arise.
• Supervising all staff officers and
ensure they are well informed.
• Supervising the
preparation of the unit plan of the
week.
• Scheduling
and conducting a monthly All Officers Meeting.
• Maintainance of a 2.5 GPA.
• LEADING
BY EXAMPLE AT ALL
TIMES.
