100 yards: 6 & under, 7/8, 9/10

200 yards: 11/12, 13/14, 15 to 18

Freestyle:

25 yards: 6 & under, 7/8

50 yards: 9/10, 11/12, 15 to 18

100 yards: 15 to 18

Butterfly:

25 yards: 6 & under, 7/8, 9/10

50 yards: 11/12, 13/14, 15 to 18

100 yards: 15 to 18

Backstroke:

25 yards: 6 & under, 7/8

50 yards: 9/10, 11/12, 13/14, 15 to 18

100 yards: 15 to 18

Breaststroke:

25 yards: 6 & under, 7/8

50 yards: 9/10, 11/12, 13/14, 15 to 18

100 yards: 15 to 18

Individual Medley:

ALL AGES GROUPS:

25 yards for each stroke for a total of 100 yards; Back, Breast, Fly and Free

6 & under may swim with 7/8

Freestyle Relay:

100 yards: 6 & under, 7/8

200 yards: 9/10, 11/12, 13/14, 15 to 18
