JUST IN TIME part 7
Its now the night of the last shows here in chicago and the guys said they have a surprise for us. Raquel and I didnt know what else they could possibly do cause they have given us so much already, so we just let it slide for now. The day of the second show Leighann came into town with Tyke for Brian. She is so nice..and short! Today we asked her if she wanted to come shopping with us while the guys rehersed for the last show and she said ok. So we took her to Chicago where all the best stores are, and had a blast.
I bought Howie this really nice bracelet in silver..that i also got ingraved for him with his name on it. Raquel got Kevin a plaque that says the perfect man plus some other things like more black jell braceletes and a grey Phat Farm shirt. Leighann bought Brian a whole bunch of stuff including a goofy looking hat at the Timberland store, which Im sure he'll wear.
About 400 we decided to head back to the Hotel to get ready and drop off all the stuff that we had wrapped up for them. I was putting on the outfit that I bought earlier when the phone rang. Leighann picked it up and told me it was Howie.
"Hello?" I said
"Hey,whatcha doing?" He asked like a little kid..making me giggle.
"Nothing, just gettine ready. Arnt you suppose to be rehearsing?"
"Yup. But we are on a break now. Were almost done so hurry up." He answered.
"OK OK.. if you'd get off the phone, we could finish getting ready." I told him joking.
"Well fine then." He giggled 'I'll see you real soon?"
"That you will. I love ya..Bye" I told him
"Love you too." With that we hung up. Both Raquel and Leighann we just looking at me.
"Wow" Leighann said "Ive never seen Howie this Taken bye somene before."
"Really?" I asked "But hes so cute, and nice..what makes me so diffrent."
"Well for one, he called during rehersal. and they arnt allowed to do that."
"OMG..your kidding! Will he get in trouble?" I asked worried.
"No. They'll understand..they do with Brian anyways. But Howies never done that before."
"Weird. Im almost ready what about you two?" Raquel asked from the bathroom.
"We're both done" I said "Now hurry up"
After Raquel finished putting the last of her makeup on, we grabbed a few of the presents we got for the guys and headed out. We got stopped by some fans in the hall way, asking for our autographs... which I still dont now why. After we finished with them we went tothe lobby where we found out Brian had sent a limo to take us to the show. We got in and headed twords the Arena, yet again. We got stuck in traffic and actually missed Mandy Moore's opening act. During EYC we went bacstage and talked to the guys. They were worried because we were late, but understood when we told them it was traffic. Leighann told Brain thatsome friends were here at the show, and left him to go say hi to them. Howie opened his present and was thrilled. He told me he loved it, and had me put it on his wrist for him.
Thats when the excitement started again. We said our good byes and took our seats. The show was amazng! They did everything diffrent! The dancers came out holding tourches and walked up onto the stage and stood there, then the guys came out on skate board things taht were flying them through the air. The ret of the show pretty much went on, but they added Get Down to the mix. When the Spanish Eyes song started, instead of sitting on their stools, Howie walked over to the edge of the stage where I was and pointed at me when he said "I know the reason why I am alive".OMG I started crying. During the perfect fan, they finally chose a mom and son combo. But what surprised me at the end was Howie. He did the cutest rap when introducing the band!
When the show was over they had Bob teh security guard come out and get us, so that we could leave a.s.a.p. Bob lead us to the buses, where we waited for the guys to finally come out. There was fans everywhere! How do they get out ther so fast?? Leighann wason a diffrent bus that raquel and I and I saw Brian run to her bus with Nick. Their bus left and we were still waiting.The first to get on our bus was Aj. Gross he was so sweaty..and his hair..well..looked normal actually. He told Raquel that Kevin was on his way just as Kevin jumped in the bus, He informed us that as soon as Howie gets here we were leaving.
I swear it took him forever. He had stopped to sign some autographs and take a few pictured before he got on. When we started moving he ran to the window way up front and waved..causeing everyone to scream. Kevin went to the middle and opened the shades and Aj did the same in the back..where were. When we got through the mobs of fans and were finally on the road to the hotel, I noticed that Howie still hadnt came back to see me. Thats when I heard him calling for me.
"Im back here" i yelled to him.
"Is Raquel back there to?" Kevin asked
"Yeah" Raquel answered.
"Okay..we are coming" They both replied.
It was funny watching them both try to squeeze into the oor way at the same time. Howie came and sat bye me and Kevin grabbed Raquel hand and set her on his lap. God they are so cute together. Thats when kevin spoke up.
"Are ya'll ready for your sursprise now?" He asked.
"I guess." I said looking at Howie and holding his hand.
"Okay..here goes." Howie started. "We, kevin and I would like to know if you two would want to join use for the rest of the tour, on the road."
"Now you can say no, and we'd totally understand..."Kevin added.
"What!? Your joking right." Raquel asked.
"No we are serious.'Kevin said "And we wont be leaving till Saturday, so you have two days to decided."
"Its up to you..if you want to go. It is all expenses paid" Howie told me "If you dont, then I'll be okay. Id call you everyday."
"No, no..I want to go." I said "But we have to leave Saturday?"
"Yeah. We've got the concert in Minneapolis" Aj said "Then we go to good ole Las Vegas!!"
"Wow..um yeah..I'll go!" I said hugging Howie.
"We'll we have a golf meet tomorrow and that'll give you some time to pack what you want to bring" Aj replied.
"Of course, well be leaving really early Saturday, so make sure everything is done on Friday." Kevin informed us.
"Golf..man we have to golf? Why didnt anyone tell me?" Howie asked still stuck on what Aj said.
"Hey..if we told you, then we wouldnt be going now would we." Aj replied.
"This must be yours and Nicks idea huh." Howie joked.
"Actally no.It was only mine." Aj said, getting up and runnign to the front of the bus.
"Fine... " Howie muttered " I'm happy you want to go." he said hugging me back and kissing my cheek.
"Me too." Kevin told Raquel..
After that we got back to the hotel and it was about 12:00 am. We all decided to go swimming in the hotel pool since there wasnt a person or fan around. We swam for a little while. All i could do was drem about what the tour was going to be like. Howie did tell me that I was going to be able to fly back and forth to see my family if I wanted, so that made even more happier.Around 2:30 we headed back up to the room, where we watched a movie, and poor Howie fell asleep. I decided not to wake him and fell asple next to him. I could definatly get use to this.
The phone rang around 600am waking us up. It was Aj's Wake up call letting Howie know he had to get ready for the golf meet. he jumped in the shower, and i just layed there aiting for him. When he was done..he came out in a towel, and told me to go ahead and shower. When I finished he was dressed and told me that a limo would take me and Raquel to our house to get out stuff. He then kissed me good bye, and meet the rest of the guys in the hallway. Kevin was wearing his grey shirt raquel bought for him and Howie still had on his bracelet. I knocked on the adjoining room door, and told Raquel to hurry up,that the limo was waiting. Finally after what seemed to be forever, we left the rooms, and headed home to pack. I dont think it was hitting either one of us, that we, Raquel and I were actually going on tour with BSB.
