CINDY RAMSEY
Cindy Ramsey is President and owner of Corporate Information
Solutions, an international leader in performance improvement, strategy, design and
implementation.
As President, Cindy's has provided the leadership and vision
for all aspects of CIS. She is responsible for:
Creating and maintaining a sales and service organization committed to excellence.
Producing 100% on-time, on-budget solutions for all clients.
Creating custom computer-based and internet-based training programs for over
400,000 users.
Designing, developing and implementing Paragon Sales PrincipleR being used
by companies worldwide.
Designing and delivering all Americast training since 1997.
Designing and delivering comprehensive needs assessments and associated performance
improvement plans.
Prior to starting this international company, Cindy was Vice President of Chase
Manhattan Corporation, a world leader in the financial services industry.
Cindy
also served as a multimedia sales and relationship manager for IBM Corporation.
While in each of these positions, Cindy created and implemented relationship
management strategy while generating direct revenues exceeding $150M annually.
Besides
a distinguished business career, Cindy has served as a board member for numerous
professional organizations, including a role as the State Director for the Institute
of Financial Education and the American Institute of Banking (AIB).
GEORGE A. "BUD" WYNN, Ph.D.
Bud is a partner in Corporate Information Solutions, Inc. providing thought leadership
for the company in distance learning (E-learning), measurement and evaluation, Internet
and computer technology and organization development techniques for business performance
improvement.
Prior to joining CIS, Bud was Assistant Vice President for Equifax
Card Solutions, a part of Equifax, Inc. a worldwide leader in financial information
processing and dissemination. While there, he created and established the Education
and Development Services Group providing both technical and soft skills training
programs to customers and clients. Some of his more recent accomplishments include:
Leading the Instructional Systems Design (ISD) effort and creating the first-ever
Computer Based Training (CBT) system for technical education for North American financial
transactions
Initiating the first Distance Learning System and first TQM program.
Providing educational leadership for the first instructor intern program for
the call center department.
Prior to joining Equifax, Bud was successful in helping establish a discovery
learning program as a premiere training strategy in business finance and business
strategy for such companies as Boeing, Honeywell, Monsanto, Motorola and Xerox.
Also, as a senior consultant for an international training and consulting firm known
for their work in customer service, he helped provide a full spectrum of consulting
services and training products to assist service organizations in their quest for
extraordinary customer relations and service quality.
In addition, Bud was
a Vice President for Professional Services at a major international human resources
consulting firm. While there, he focused on change management, instructional design
and organization development for numerous companies including Limited Credit Services,
Battelle, Bank One, Nationwide Insurance, Federated Department Stores, Fisher Big
Wheel, American Electric Power, White Consolidated Industries and Mac Tools.
His
background also includes positions as a Senior Vice President for Human Resources
for a major multi-hospital system and as Corporate Manager for Organization Development
and Training for R.G. Barry Corporation, a major consumer-products manufacturer.
He
earned his Ph.D. in Educational Research and Organization Development from The Ohio
State University as well as an M.A. in Student Personnel Work and Counseling and
a B.S. in Psychology.
