Prophecy: "Are We Out Of Time?" by Mary Bening

Why someone would ask "Are we out of time?" Proverbs 14:34 says" Righteousness exalteth a nation: but Sin is a reproach to any people." Look around. Ungodly laws are being legalized all the time. No law can make people live righteously.

Time itself is on us and it's accelerating quickly. Sooner or later a lot of people are going to realize that life is going to throw them a curve ball where they will find themselves facing a few crossroads. Which one will they choose? There is going to be utter confusion as to which road to journey on.

The road they take will be full of drought, lack, poverty, famine of different sorts, hopeless and dark with no way out. You are out of Time: get it! Psalms 33:12 says" Blessed is the nation whose God is the LORD; and the people whom he hath chosen for His own inheritance."

I truly wish I could say that our nation is still blessed, since it is evident that we have kicked God out of our schools and continue to allow our values and integrity to slip and disappear. Fifty three years ago, I can say we had freedom. We were one nation under God. This nation is no longer under God but under the control of evil systems and evil allegiances.

How can I, in all honesty, pledge my allegiance to this nation? Hebrews 2:1 says" Therefore we ought to give the more earnest heed to the things which we have heard, lest at any time we should let them slip."

How many of us have stood by and witnessed our national decay of morality and did nothing? We have seen us slide gradually into the sewer of secular humanism, hate crimes and gross immorality. Is it any wonder that we are going to be judged? SIN has consequences. Romans 6:23 says " For the wages of Sin is Death; but the gift of God is eternal Life."

It's either you chose life or death. Which will you choose? We may have thousands of believers in our nation and " in God we trust", is still on our coins, but we are no longer a nation whose God is the LORD; at least not according to the bible.

There are so many idols...so much idolatry in this nation. Idols that we worship like materialism, secularism and new age false religions just to name a few. Just last month, in June, the Supreme Court legalized homosexual marriages. But there is still a higher court of justice....the court of heaven with God, The SUPREME Judge who is going to judge this nation.

The sad thing is even though there are people who believe in God, yet He is not a real issue in ordering their affairs. They refuse to get involved in any kind of issues that involve our nation; that threaten to destroy our beliefs of faith. Even though many confess some kind of faith in God, many live as practical atheists.

Many find themselves ensnared and deceived where they become involved in one of the cults or the occult. Galatians 5:1 says" Stand fast therefore in the liberty wherewith CHRIST hath made us free, and be not entangled again with the yoke of bondage." Our nation has become entangled and enslaved with yokes of bondage. Is there anyone out there that agrees or disagrees?

The prophet Elijah in 1Kings 18:37 was bent on turning the hearts of the people back to God. We have been worshiping at the altar of the modern day Baal. Elijah also had to repair the altar of God because the children of Israel had neglected it. I believe we are also guilty of neglecting the altar of God.

The question is, how do we go about repairing the altar? First there must be true repentance by confession for what we have been partakers of in our corrupted nation. Also it is imperative to repair and correct those things in our lives that have interrupted our fellowship with God.

1Kings 18:38 says" Then the fire of the Lord fell, and consumed the burnt sacrifice and the wood, and the stones, and the dust, and licked up the water that was in the trench." We are talking about a supernatural God who still performs supernatural miracles. Are we still aware of the great power God has given us?

Are the fires we are building burning up the right sacrifices? Are we running our own game of show and tell? Our goal should be like a modern day Elijah.....to turn people to God and encourage them to take a stand now against the apostasy of the day we live in. We need to be bold for God.

We must refuse to be like the world or be in agreement with the ungodly decisions they pass as laws and equal rights that are in direct conflict with the Word of God. We are in serious trouble. This is why we have to watch and pray diligently.

We have God's ultimate promise that if we will trust Him, no matter what is going on in our nation, He will bring us out. What is about to happen to this nation is going to make World War II look like a speck in the distance. God has a plan and a purpose for our lives but it's inevitable as to what's about to break out in our nation.

At a time like this, don't let your vision become clouded by what you hear, see or know. Don't abort your baby. Don't lose your focus. God instructs us in these perilous times to continue to have faith regardless.
