PROPHECY: Clear Vision And Plain Speaking Concerning Judgment On The House Of God-Praise And Worship Medication

TODAY'S WORD The Amplified has Habakkuk 2:2 in this manner: “Write the vision, and engrave it so plainly upon tablets that every one who passes may be able to read it easily and quickly as he hastens by.” Seven days ago, on May 24, 2003, the Lord gave me the announcement that another, terrible phase of judgement has begun in the House of God. The bride of Christ has been made to drink the bitter water! (Numbers 5:24) On the next day, that vision became clear, in that the bitter water is manifesting itself in the emotions of Christians, who now are experiencing overpowering feelings of hopelessness, depression, abdication and irritability that have been common in the world for many years. Numbers 5:24 (Given on 5/24/2003) “And he shall cause the woman to drink the bitter water that causeth the curse: and the water that causeth the curse shall enter into her, and become bitter (Heb Marah).” This morning, I addressed a group of intercessors on this very subject. It is important in these times that we understand the times clearly, so that we can pray. Why the bitter water for the bride? It is a test of fidelity. In the midst of overwhelming emotion and depression, will the Christian, or those whom we assume to be Christians, call upon the Lord? Will he or she call upon Him even when, in his or her feelings, there is no desire for the Lord, or for his word, or for prayer? What choice will be made? For many years, depression and suicide in the general society have been on the upswing. It seems that last year, I came to understand that 50 million Americans are on medication for depression. Certainly, another large segment of the population self medicates, using alcohol and illegal drugs. People all over the world have been feeling these overwhelming emotions for many years, but the church has been a safe haven up until now. Why? Suicide among American teenagers increases every year. Then, as if to let us know that America is not alone in the whole world, we can see the activities of the young in the countries of Islam. Their greatest yearning is to become a suicide martyr: to die for their cause. They have no desire to live. This world has become something they desperately wish to escape from. We know there are many imposters in the Church, according to Jude. There are many actors: mere confessors and hypocrites who have not been converted, but who attend our churches. The scriptures tell us there are many who have a form of godliness, but who deny the power thereof. We are told to have nothing to do with them, but we have to recognize them first, and they have been hiding among us. These have not been born again, and have not the Spirit. They may or may not have attempted to repent, but have brought forth no fruit in keeping with repentance. There has been no crucifixion of the old life in them, and therefore, no portion of the new life, or resurrection power, has come forth in their lives. These people are not saved, but they have been in our churches, medicating themselves with praise and worship: powerful praise and worship music in our mega church society. Has this not been the most noticeable development in church in the last twenty years? Some churches have praise and worship bands and orchestras of up to a hundred pieces, with choirs of several hundred voices. Even the very small churches, by use of advanced music technology and equipment, can produce sound quality that rivals that of professional productions of just a few years ago. So, our churches have been filled with people. In some places, ten, fifteen, twenty thousand people gather in one huge meeting, swaying and undulating to the awesomely loud music. The emotions, the soul, the body, the spirit are all flung together, with the other congregants, toward the Lord, in very moving praise and worship unto God. But, is it really praise and worship? I wrote yesterday that some singing is an abomination to God. What Is True Worship-Angelic Messengers It is for them now, in the church, as it was for King Saul. All of us are being exposed to this: even the true bride of Christ has been made to drink the bitter water. An evil spirit from the Lord had been released upon him (Saul) for his rebellion against the Lord. Yet, David was sought out for his skillful and cunning ability with the harp. When David played, Saul’s torment decreased. Consider these scriptures please: 1 Samuel 16:14 “But the spirit of the Lord departed from Saul, and an evil spirit from the Lord troubled him.” 1 Samuel 16:23 “And it came to pass, when the evil spirit from God was upon Saul, that David took an harp, and played with his hand: so Saul was refreshed, and was well, and the evil spirit departed from him. This is a picture of the unconverted, in our midst, medicating themselves with our modern mega church praise and worship. But, there are also the converted, who linger and halt between two opinions. They too, depending upon how much time they spend in returning to their vomit, share in this worldly misery and bitterness. As Patti Wilson has mentioned in one of her articles, these converted ones are as the Woman with the issue of blood, for twelve years, sitting in a pool of blood. They too, have shared in this medication. And, for the most part, it has worked to comfort their emotions: until now. Up until now, much of the church has functioned in this way. They have attended church once, twice or three times a week, and have been refreshed by the praise and worship. But, in a church of five hundred people, only fifteen attend the early morning intercession meetings. Then, they have gone out of the church, to live a life filled with sin. They have little to no personal prayer life, and no personal time of intimate fellowship with the Lord. They are relying on church attendance for their refreshing, and they are still in their sins. Furthermore, to harden this situation, the churches have done an admirable job in preaching the grace message, but an abominable job in preaching the obedience message. This is reinforced by TV and radio, and the prosperity laden message found there, that is very light and easy on sin as a rule. Therefore, we have reached the point that Paul spoke of, when a dreaded turnaround might come: Romans 11:18 “Boast not against the branches. But if thou boast, thou bearest not the root, but the root thee. Thou wilt say then, The branches were broken off, that I might be grafted in. Well; because of unbelief they were broken off, and thou standest by faith. Be not highminded, but fear: For if God spared not the natural branches, take heed lest he also spare not thee.” So, we have reached unto the point where THE AXE IS LAID UNTO THE ROOT OF THE TREES once again. Only this time, the axe is coming upon an adulterous and fornicating church. Now, this judgement has come, and as it was for King Saul, so it is for those who are in attendance in our churches: 1 Samuel 18:10 “And it came to pass on the morrow, that the evil spirit from God came upon Saul, and he prophesied in the midst of the house: and DAVID PLAYED WITH HIS HAND, AS AT OTHER TIMES, and there was a javelin in Saul’s hand. And Saul cast the javelin; for he said, I will smith David even to the wall with it. And David avoided out of his presence twice.” The day came when Saul’s praise and worship medication did not work any more. So it has now come to the church. No more will people be able to obtain refreshing for their souls from attendance at church alone. Praise and worship medication is not working as it did in the past. What medication will you seek now? Now, in order to find rest and refreshing for your souls, you are going to have to do as Isaiah recommends in this familiar verse: Isaiah 26:20 “Come, my people, enter thou into thy chambers, and shut thy doors about thee: hide thyself as it were for a little moment, until the indignation be overpast.” You are going to have to pray, and seek God’s face alone, in secret prayer, to make it in God at this time. If you do not, you are going to fall away! Yes, it is as prophet Neumann said at the head of the year: The Holy Ghost has caught the last train for the coast! He is departing from our church assemblies, but he will be available to us in our prayer closets; in the secret place of the most high. We are directed to hide ourselves. Praise and worship medication is not going to be sufficient by itself any more. Isaiah continues: “For, behold, the Lord cometh out of his place to punish the inhabitants of the earth for their iniquity: the earth also shall disclose her blood, and shall no more cover her slain.” But first, 1 Peter 4:17 (In Progress Right Now) “For the time is come that judgment must begin at the house of God: and if it first begin at us, what shall the end be of them that OBEY not the gospel of God?” Now, each and every one of you who names the name of Christ, read this: 2 Timothy 2:19 “And, Let EVERY ONE that nameth the name of Christ depart from iniquity.” We must be cleansed RIGHT NOW. We cannot remain in our sins. We are in the midst of a great and spreading world wide test of the House Of God. The bridegroom is going to identify his faithful bride. The fact is being separated from the fake. You are feeling, or very soon you are going to be feeling these emotions: hopelessness, irritability, discouragement, depression and abdication. You will feel like giving up this Christian life. What’s the use of it all, your emotions will say. Your praise and worship medication is not working any more. You need something stronger. What will you do when you feel like committing suicide? How will you react when you want to run away from friends and family, and abandon everything; when it all just overwhelms you, and you don’t want to read your bible, or pray, and you feel it is all a waste of time. Will you return to that vomit you were cleansed of? Or, did you ever come out of the vomit at all? Did you ever bring forth the precious from the vile. If you still have any desire to do so, you had better cry out desperately to God. You had better repent now, and bring forth fruit in keeping with repentance. He spoke, through the Baptist: “Behold the lamb of God, WHO TAKETH AWAY THE SINS OF THE WORLD.” He has power to take away your sins now. He does not want you to live in them. The blood of Jesus Christ was never intended for use as a daily swimming pool: it is for unintentional backslidings and stumblings after we have been converted and have become a new creature. Have you become a new creation? The choice is before us all now: the fork in the road is there right in front of all of us. Which path will you take? In fear of the Lord, I warn those who will not repent now, that there may be no way back now if you choose to remain in your sins. If you choose to return to your vomit, and medicate your bitter spirit with alcohol, drugs, sex, power, fame, mammon and all the other enticements this world offers, you may fall away forever. YOU WILL HAVE NO DESIRE TO RETURN TO THE LORD. You will miss heaven, and it will not be by an eyelash. However, I, and those who intercede for you with me, have better hopes for you. I have hopes that you will forsake all now. That you will allow the refining fires of heaven to cleanse you. That you will reckon yourselves dead to sin. That you will put to death the sinful nature. That you will rise in newness of life. Those who stand with me are praying for those of you who read my words today. You are in the valley of decision: choose you this day whom you will serve. If it is God, let it be with all your heart, and soul and mind and strength. Annul your covenant with Jezebel, and come out of her bed my people. Break your family ties with her and her fornications. Romans 6:10- “For in that he died, he died unto sin once: but in that he liveth, he liveth unto God. Likewise reckon ye also yourselves to be dead indeed unto sin, but alive unto God through Jesus Christ our Lord. Let not sin therefore reign in your mortal body, that ye should obey it in the lusts thereof. Neither yield ye your members as instruments of unrighteousness unto sin; but yield yourselves unto God, as those that are alive from the dead, and your members as instruments of righteousness unto God.” Praise and worship as medication is no longer working by itself. It must now be taken in combination with a private life of prayer, hidden in Christ. That life must be brought forth from the vomit. God will not be mocked. There will be no more halting between two opinions. That which will live eternally, will now display life, and issue forth a sweet fragrance. That which will now remain dead eternally shall begin to rot and stink, and will be obvious to all. The bridegroom will now bring forth his bride. Those who are His; of those; He shall not lose even one. There will be no more actors in the church of the Lord Jesus Christ. The secrets of men’s hearts will be made manifest. In closing: This is not some type of hype for the end of May, 2003, that you may choose to take or leave. We have run out of time. If you still have a desire to repent, consider yourself very blessed and fortunate, and do so immediately. All over this land, pastors are reporting to me that people are giving up and falling away. There is no more time. Then, on a positive note, one young man told me (On Thursday Night) that he is going to totally forsake his double minded life, and walk, sold out for Jesus from this day forth. He has broken off his sexual relationship with his girlfriend, and has said no to a big pile of cocaine that a so called friend offered him. His former “girlfriend” tried to lure him with the prospect of having sex with her and two other young ladies, in a drug induced orgy. He said, “no way, I’m not like that any more. I’m going to serve God!” Hallelujah! Today is the day of salvation if you still have ears to hear. For many, that time has already past. Come quickly Lord Jesus, Blessings, Stephen L.
