TODAY'S WORD
My last report was made exactly a week ago, and so much has transpired since then.

Where to begin?

Highlights:
More than 200 have made firm commitments to repent of their sins and for most, that means fornication and Catholic idolatries. These have confessed Christ boldly in front of others. During last Sunday's service at Iglesia Cruzada Christiana, where I preached, more than fifty prayed to receive Christ after I boldly challenged them to leave their old life and become a new creature, with a new life dedicated to obedience to Christ.

We have given away 16 Spanish language bibles.

We have given away more than $4 million pesos, which is about $1,500 so far. I have prayed about the distribution of every peso on a daily basis. Due to your generosity, we have been able to purchase two gas stoves with propane tanks for poor whose electricity has been cut off. We have been able to keep a 17 year old Christian girl in nursing school. We have given food to many, many of the poor and beggars. We have paid for taxi's to church for people who want to travel here from the poor area. All of it has been made possible by Watchmen Prophets Assembly members who are co-laborers with us in this project. You have stored up your treasure in heaven, and I will not reveal your identity here on the Earth. I want you to receive the maximum blessing from our Father in Heaven. Thus far, WPA members have given in excess of $3,000 toward this mission, with probably more in the mail. Praise be to God.

We have rescheduled our airplane reservations, with our plan to return now set for August 13. That sets the duration of the mission at 40 days, or 5 weeks and 5 days.

A day by day synopsis follows:

Saturday July 19-Day 15
We were visited in our home by a family of four. Beatrice was possessed by many demons. I had to bind up 25 demons and pray for an hour. Her daughter Diana was being visited in the night by an incubus spirit that tried to have sexual relations with her. The son, Sebastian, seemed disinterested. The sister, Sandra, also was being visited by spirits in the night while in her bed. After my prayers, we preached to them, and they confessed Christ.

Sunday, July 20-Day 16
Preached to 200 at Iglesia Cruzada, with 50 praying to receive Christ and expressing their strong determination to repent. We ministered for an hour after preaching, with many signs and wonders following. Beatrice was totally delivered of the many demons I had dealt with the previous evening. I preached on maintaining your deliverance, and how it is necessary to go hard after God, and grow quickly in Christ to hold on to the freedom that you now have in Christ.

At 2 P.M. we went over to Beatrice's home, and cleared it of Catholic idols and statues. We anointed the house. Praise be to God. Diana and Sandra are no longer being visited by spirits in the night.

Monday, July 21-Day 17
We held our cell group meeting at our house on Calle 32 where we are staying. It seems that this group is set for Monday night, and we are making provision for it to continue after our departure. Two received Christ this night, and we prayed through a home at the owner's request, removing Catholic idols for destruction. I also prayed for a young woman, Sandra, and discerned that she had sickness in her lower abdomen, which turned out to be correct. We trust that what the Lord has identified by His Spirit, He has also healed in Jesus name.

Tuesday, July 22-Day 18
I preached to the men at Iglesia Cruzada Christiana tonight, and taught them on how to care for their wives in the Lord. Most of what I taught on I need lots of help from Jesus with for myself. Amen!

Wednesday, July 23-Day 19
We traveled at 2 P.M. to the dangerous and poor area of San Javier. We had an invitation to visit the home of a woman named Leonor. As we entered the area, we passed through several checkpoints of soldiers. I saw more than twenty holding automatic weapons. We were told that many people have been killed in this area in the last six months. Leonor and her daughter Lena were the only ones who stayed to hear us minister. The demons were so thick in this area that I could feel their presence, and it was very difficult to minister. Several people were distracted and pulled away from our meeting, but two were pulled up to eternal life and the gospel of repentance unto obedience to Christ was preached to them. We prayed for them, and left that neighborhood before 5 p.m. at the direction of the Holy Spirit. We escaped safely back to our home, having once again marched into the jaws of the Lion, and claimed two for eternal life in Jesus name.

Thursday, July 24-Day 20
We went to fasting and prayer meeting at 9 A.M., and pastora Luzmilla discerned that someone had been doing witchcraft against us. So, she anointed us with oil and severed everything in prayer. While in prayer, the Lord directed me to go alone to a mountain to pray in the afternoon. It was my first solo foray in this city. I came and went from 1 to 4 pm without incident. The presence of the Lord was so strong upon me that I could feel His presence powerfully without even lifting my hands. What a blessed rest it is to be resting in Christ and His miraculous provision. I wept before the Lord while on the mount, thinking of how cowardly I used to be as a teen and a young man, and how I always used to run from any fight or potential danger. How courageous Jesus has made me to be by His Spirit. How bold I now am in him. Pastora Luzmilla is shown with me in the photo. She has been credited with raising two people from the dead with her prayers

That night, we attended Iglesia Cruzada and heard a message on faith by minister Fabio. It was my first night to rest there, and not preach, since our arrival. I am scheduled to preach the Sunday morning service.

Friday, July 25-Day 21
We boldly planned a trip to leave the city, and travel east to the small towns of La Ceja and La Union. We had two people on a farm there to preach to, and to deliver food to. The route has been marked by many kidnappings and guerilla activity. The paramilitary units also hid in the mountains. Up we went, to over 10,000 feet, and it got cold. After lunch in La Ceja, we went to the farm. There, two received Christ. An old woman named Diocelina, and her son Dubi, tore down their Catholic idols. That farm is almost at the mountain peak, at about 11,000 feet. The presence of God there was the strongest that it has been anywhere in my mission here. I remarked that I want to build a prayer center there. All of you should spend some time in that place and seek the Lord. That must be what Bethel was like long ago. These two photos show the small farm where we held a meeting.

Saturday, July 26-Day 22
Time to labor in the word. I prepared my message for tomorrow, and then went to the mountain to pray. Pray that nothing causes me to yield up the joy and peace that I have in Christ Jesus, and that I may keep my eyes on Him fully, and crucify this flesh, with it's desires and passions. Tonight and tomorrow are a time of fasting and prayer for me. The photo shows me near my place of prayer in the park of the statues.
