PROPHECY: Bivouac, Full Stop, Meetings Of Prophets and Redig The Wells

TODAY'S WORD Dear Bob and WPA: It is, as though, I am at a stop today, and that seems good, with what has come in the spirit. All things are at FULL STOP! There are many images. There is much to bring before the Lord, and perhaps, to simply sit, and wait upon him, for a clearer answer. I too, went back and reread Stephen Hanson`s "Siege", and Jim McCants "Siege Will Not Be Lifted". I reread my mission account of days 28-30, where the Lord spoke to me about tithes and covetousness. That morning, on the 9th of Ab, I shared the Lord`s table with Oracio (whose name means prayer). Oracio had left Santuario, Colombia (Sanctuary, Safety) a week before meeting me. He was in trouble, and had been in trouble for three days. He cried out to God: "LORD, HOW CAN WE BE IN THIS TERRIBLE SITUATION WHEN YOU ARE THE KING". His wife's name was Guiomo (Guide). She is the one who tapped me on the shoulder, and got my attention. I hear the Lord speaking to me through this allegory. You may think you are in a safe place.......a sanctuary, but events and circumstances may cause you to leave the place that you had considered safe. Then, you will be exposed. You may need help. You may be hungry. It may be A TERRIBLE SITUATION. Where will you turn? On whom will you call? Do you know your Lord well enough to get an answer immediately when you are in a terrible situation? This question has been repeated to me by the Lord several times: in the dream of 12 Tornadoes, that I had. It was also repeated with the story of Jose Luis, who was led to me, penniless, by an angel, after he was released from the hospital after major surgery. My, what a fix he was in! He was a strong Christian believer too, but he was in a major fix. He called upon the Lord, and the Lord heard him. He had nowhere else to turn, but he knew His Lord. He knew his Lord was Lord over all the money. Bob asks the question: "has THE WPA become the COMPANY of SERVANTS it was meant to be? If not, is there time to get them ready?". Bob also asks of me: "What is next for the WPA"? The HOLY SPIRIT has called the WPA to BIVOUAC. Now, is this BIVUOAC a "training exercise", or a preparation for battle? Is this REAL, or MEMOREX? The best drills simulate live action. I see a circling of the wagons too. This morning, I was seeing images from CRIMSON TIDE, where the USS ALABAMA was doing drill after drill, practicing quick dives to missile launch depth. Drill, after drill, after drill, until one day, the actual missile launch orders came. The captain, played by Gene Hackman announced, THIS IS NOT A DRILL. Everyone began to sweat, but carried out their well practiced, well ordered steps for preparation, like clockwork. And yet, there was trouble. There was disagreement. There was rebellion. Things did not go as planned. Who was right, and who was wrong? Trouble is coming soon! Are we ready? Have we reached unto servanthood, or are we still bound up in Babylonish religion? It does not really matter whether the trouble comes this year, or next, or the one after that. We had better be reaching unto servanthood, and unto maturity right now. The Holy Spirit is clearly saying that attempts to prepare after the storm has arrived in earnest will be futile. What is next for me? I am going to Africa for 34 days. Going to Kenya, Uganda and Nigeria. I am going to keep working while there is still a glimmer of daylight, for night is coming, when no one can work. After that, on October 22, I am going to Monteagle, Tennessee. Hopefully, there will be a lot of prophets there. My reading, from Acts 11-15, indicates that there were 7 prophet teachers at Antioch, and that two or more prophets came up to them from Jerusalem, for a meeting. They had a meeting with 9 or more prophet teachers in attendance. Agabus prophesied during that time that a world wide famine was coming. They made preparations after that time. I want to have three days of such a meeting. Let 2 or 3 speak, and the others judge. Let the one who is sitting, who receives from God, interrupt the one who is speaking, and let the first sit down. To me, that will be a BIVOUAC. And yet, that is more than two months away, and it seems clear that the HOLY SPIRIT is calling us to BIVOUAC right now. I must wait upon the Lord for more than this. Quite honestly, I do not know the full answer to Bob`s question right now. I wait for word from THE CAPTAIN OF THE HOST. The Africa trip will bring me further toward SERVANTHOOD, if I yield. Today, I am going to get my malaria shot, in preparation for two weeks in hellish Lagos Nigeria. First, Kenya, at high altitude, then Uganda for a few days....hot, humid..then back to high Kenya, and then off for the final two weeks in Lagos. Looking ahead, I am already preparing my flesh for the crucifixion of Lagos. I am sure I have no idea what it will really be like. Jesus is my leader. To be His servant.......is it enough? When the ministry comes to a stop, and there are no meetings to hold, when there is no one to evangelize........is He enough? How quickly do I get bored? When the Babylonish churches reject me, do I become sad? How quickly do I give in to my flesh when it hurts? Is He enough when I have no prophetic word? Ah yes, servanthood. When my food is rice and beans for two weeks, will I yield to my complaining flesh, and give a mouth to it? Yes, trouble is coming soon dear WPA members. I hope and pray that you are stopping your busyness, and coming before Him. I hope you are praying for strength to do his will. I hope you are coming to know him very well, and getting the sin out of your lives. I hope and pray you are going back to your bibles, and majoring in a study of the RED LETTERS. You will stand before Jesus, not your pastor. Jesus gave ONE NEW COMMAND. You had better major in a study of the RED LETTERS. Suddenly, very suddenly, you will find yourself in a situation where he is your only fortress, your only source. Will He hear you when you cry to Him? Are you certain? Find out right now! Stop everything, and during the next two months, have a BIVOUAC with Jesus. Get everything set right. Ask Him to straighten you out, to get the error and the sin out. Prophet Jimmy Cleveland told me two months ago to REDIG THE WELLS. Oh yes, redig them Stephen. Those Phillistines (sins) have clogged up the water flow. I have been seeking God on that one ever since He spoke it to me, and I have been digging. Isaac dug one well, and named it ESEK, for strife. He dug the second well, and named it SITNAH, for Satan. Isaac had discovered that he had an adversary. Isaac dug a third well, and found room. He named it REHOBOTH. A Wide place. But, it was, for some reason, not enough. He wanted more, and God wanted more for him. Isaac had a fourth well to dig.......an old one, in the territory of Abraham. He went back to BEER SHEBA, the place of the covenant of SEVEN. The place where the friend of God dwelt. He may have been redigging Abraham`'s old well. We are not told. He knew Abraham had found water there before...that we know for sure. Are the seven spirits of God living and active, and flowing as a river of living water out of your belly, and your life? Are you a flaming fire for God? Is there fire and smoke on your mountain top? Do you have authority with God over all the work of the devil? When you pray, are you heard in heaven? Are you a friend of God? Does he look at you and say, my friend __________. Yes, are these wells open, and pure, and flowing? Get them flowing now. Don`t wait for the start of trouble. You won't be able to dig anymore when the trouble comes. It will be too late to get the dirt out. Stephen L. Bening Dear Stephen, It does not take a lot of effort for THE MOST HOLY SPIRIT to get my attention anymore. There was a time where i would drag my heels and second guess anything and everything that "flowed". So last night i tried to tie the strange threads that came from you, Joe Cook, Jim McCants, Sister Iris from Saskatoon and Sister Judy from Wembley Island.....and the SHTUFFFF that THE MOST HOLY SPIRIT has thrown my way. Granted my modus opperendi is varient with most of the nice people of the WPA, but it takes all kinds of people to make up THE KINGDOM. I went back and reread THE SEIGE WILL NOT BE LIFTED. It has been awhile since THE KING had me take dictation as he did you.... YOU FOOLS! THUS SAYETH THE LORD: YOU PAY TITHES AND OFFERINGS TO CHURCHES AND TO MEN, WHERE I HAVE NOT COMMANDED YOU TO DO SO. BY DOING SO, YOU THINK THAT BY FOLLOWING YOUR TRADITION,........... Yeah...i've been there, but few have. I also read Stephen Hanson's WORD. There are common points through all these WORDS...if anyone just reads them. Yet i keep coming to one specific point...is/has THE WPA become the COMPANY of SERVANTS it was meant to be? If not, is there time to get them ready? BIVOUAC....to stop the MARCH and rest, eat, prepare for the next day's MARCH. at least that is what i seem to see very clearly. Now a Captain usually commands a COMPANY...as in INFANTRY. If it is Cavalry it is called a TROOP. Now i often refer to THE LORD JESUS CHRIST, Y'SHUA HA'MESHIACH as MY CAPTAIN. Joshua had a simular meeting and was told to take his shoes off. I've been told to do that too. Now Joshua's meeting is interesting. But the ANSWER to his question should get our attention. And it came to pass, when Joshua was by Jericho, that he lifted up his eyes and looked, and, behold, there stood a man over against him with his sword drawn in his hand: and Joshua went unto him, and said unto him, Art thou for us, or for our adversaries? 14 And he said, Nay; but as captain of the host of the LORD am I now come. And Joshua fell on his face to the earth, and did worship, and said unto him, What saith my Lord unto his servant? 15 And the captain of the LORD's host said unto Joshua, Loose thy shoe from off thy foot; for the place whereon thou standest is holy. And Joshua did so. Stephen in the NIV and other translations that NAY is translated as NEITHER. THE CAPTAIN had come to take over...whose side HE was on meant nothing. The issue was whose side JOSHUA was on. Now later in his carrier Joshua had to confront the NATION.... 14 Now therefore fear the LORD, and serve him in sincerity and in truth: and put away the gods which your fathers served on the other side of the flood, and in Egypt; and serve ye the LORD. 15 And if it seem evil unto you to serve the LORD, choose you this day whom ye will serve; whether the gods which your fathers served that were on the other side of the flood, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land ye dwell: but as for me and my house, we will serve the LORD. Usually when this is preached in the AMERIKAN CHURCH verse 15 somehow is chopped down to..."choose you this day whom ye will serve; but as for me and my house, we will serve the LORD." Few seem to notice that anything is missing. It's like the whole issue of church AUTHORITY. Something is missing.... 5 And when Jesus was entered into Capernaum, there came unto him a centurion, beseeching him, 6 And saying, Lord, my servant lieth at home sick of the palsy, grievously tormented. 7 And Jesus saith unto him, I will come and heal him. 8 The centurion answered and said, Lord, I am not worthy that thou shouldest come under my roof: but speak the word only, and my servant shall be healed. 9 For I am a man under authority, having soldiers under me: and I say to this man, Go, and he goeth; and to another, Come, and he cometh; and to my servant, Do this, and he doeth it. 10 When Jesus heard it, he marvelled, and said to them that followed, Verily I say unto you, I have not found so great faith, no, not in Israel. 11 And I say unto you, That many shall come from the east and west, and shall sit down with Abraham, and Isaac, and Jacob, in the kingdom of heaven. 12 But the children of the kingdom shall be cast out into outer darkness: there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth. So understanding what it is being "under authority" the key here is knowing what THE CAPTAIN HAS COMMANDED. So Stephen what next for the WPA COMPANY? I have my orders. selah bob (neumann) Finally, before I left for Colombia, I purchased my air tickets for my mission to Kenya, Uganda and Nigeria. I will be going for 33 days, from September 3, to October 7. The cost of the air tickets was more than $2,500, and I am simply moving by faith that the Lord will take care of it for me. It is time for me, and other remnant servants of our Lord Jesus Christ, to rise up, and sit enthroned as the kings and princes that we have been made unto God, and His Father. The people I am working with would like me to send a little money, as soon as possible, for the printing of handbills to announce our outdoor crusades, and to prepay for four hours of radio time in Kenya. I believe $1,000 would cover it all. Many thanks to all of you who have helped us thus far in finances and prayers. Blessings, Stephen L.
