TODAY'S WORD
Ten years ago, I made my third trip to Africa for the purposes of preaching the gospel. I intended to return there many, many times and to eventually move there if the Lord would permit. The Lord has plans for us though that are sometimes not in line with our plans and I did not know it at the time, but the Lord would send me back to my nation to do radio and to minister to people who do not wish to be prophesied to. I much preferred ministry in Africa, where great multitudes of people are receptive to the Holy Spirit, but such is the nature of the cross: not my will by thy will be done. Ministry in America has been a difficult cross to carry.

The final two weeks of that third Africa trip saw many incredible visions, miracles and events. The Holy Spirit led me to seal them up at the time. You can read the ministry report from June 6, 2005 here at Days 32-44 Ministry In Africa. From reading that report, you would never know the events of major import that happened. Now, ten years later, the Holy Spirit quickened these events to my spirit, I pulled out my journals and these events are to be unsealed, for they explain things that have happened and are happening in America and around the world. All I know is that the Holy Spirit wants me to write about these things today, in a current article. I began this morning to go back to the ten year old mission report, to add to it, and the Holy Spirit said no, make it new.

The thing the Holy Spirit brought back to my remembrance today was the joint vision, had at exactly the same moment, by Randy McKee and Stephen Bening. That is the only time in my life that I have ever had a vision from the Lord and another person could see the exact same thing that I was seeing. McKee and I had that joint vision in the night session of the third day of meetings on Friday, May 27, 2005 of an event that was headlined as the "International Prophetic Explosion" in Kapkatenny, Western Kenya. I had nothing to do with the selection of the name of the event. You can see on the May 24th Mission Report that we had a five day session planned for Kapkatenny, but God ended it for me in terms of preaching on that third night. We had apparently promised that town four nights of outdoor crusade evangelism, but the weather only permitted one, so we would have to return there later. When we did return, a week later, the event was huge, much larger than the one we had during this week, with many thousands in attendance and many attending signs and wonders. But, our focus here will be on this first three days of the International Prophetic Explosion.

The Wednesday, May 25th meeting opened mildly enough. Prophet Maurice Wasike began and then turned the proceedings over to an Apostle who I did not know named Ademba. He launched into a message that then veered into tithing error. I looked at McKee and we agreed that we had to put a stop to it, so I arose, took the microphone from Ademba and directed him to sit down. I told them that, contrary to the teaching of Ademba, you do not need to tithe for Jesus to heal you. Jesus is Jehovah Rapha, the Lord our healer. There was much discussion after I finished that session among the pastors who were there, who numbered about 250. They asked me to teach them properly about tithing and offering. I told them that it would probably require me to speak for about three hours and they agreed that they would pay close attention and not fall asleep during my presentation: a promise they kept. So, we agreed that tomorrow's teaching session in the afternoon would cover these things. That first night, Pastor Leonard preached indoors, as there was no outdoor crusade event scheduled.

So, we traveled back to our base house in Webuye, Kenya and got into our beds. At 1:17 AM, McKee and I were awakened by a great shaking. For one minute, we were shaking while in our beds. Our beds were shaking, but not bouncing around the floor and we both commented to one another about it. No one else was stirring in the house, so we perceived that we alone had been selected to experience this wonder. We wondered what this sign might portend about the coming days.

The Thursday, May 26th meetings went forward with almost nothing unusual at all. I was waiting for something, but really nothing notable occurred. I preached my tithing message and it caused much discussion among the pastors. We had our first outdoor crusade and about 125 prayed with me to receive Christ.

The Friday, May 27th meetings began at 1:30pm. Prophet Randy taught on the Making Of Decrees, and how this is the job of the prophet and the watchman. Prophets are the Watchers and the Holy Ones of Daniel. He also preached about the untempered mortar of Ezekiel 13 and how the holding on to idols as taught by Ezekiel 14 will cause God to turn one over to those idols so that God will speak to a man according to his idols. We had lunch and a tremendous rain came. We stayed inside of course: the outdoor crusade was cancelled for that late afternoon. I preached on a great number of prophetic things regarding the world and the gospel. I covered 1 Chronicles 5, Turkey, the US and Africa, Song of Solomon, Malachi 4, Jeremiah 31:3-14, Hosea 8-9 and Ecclesiastes 1. As I was feeling that I was finishing up, I had my first vision.

VISION 1
I saw a lit scepter, with a flaming fire emitting out of the top of it, as it appeared in my right hand. I reached out and passed that scepter to Africa. I explained to the crowd what I was seeing and doing and I told them that it meant that the authority to carry the gospel to the world was being passed from America to Africa. Africa was now set to become the world center of the real church of Jesus Christ. America would be left as a carcass. I was happy about this for Africa but this saddened me for America. I finished up my speaking and I sat down.

VISION 2
Prophet McKee and I were sitting there not very long when I began seeing another vision. I saw a scroll unfolding, coming down out of the concrete ceiling that was about eight feet over my head. The scroll was written in very ornate, decorative cursive writing that very much reminded me of the style of the US Declaration of Independence. I saw the top line of the scroll as it rolled down from the ceiling. It said, DEATH WARRANT FOR AMERICA. There was a whole page of writing below that title that I was not able to read or make out. The bottom of the page included two signature lines. On the left, I saw my name, with a blank line available for me to sign it. On the right, I saw the name of Randy McKee, with a blank line available for him to sign. I looked over at Randy and I said, "Do you see it"? He said yes. I asked what he saw, and he exactly described back to me what I had just seen.

The Lord then said to me that I was done. At the time, I thought that He was referring to my being done in that series of meetings, on that night, but I now take it that the Lord was telling me that I had finished my course in Africa. In any event, we still had to get out of there to return to our base, which was no easy work as our truck was stuck in the mud. I had to be the driver while every Kenyan pushed us out of the hole, as none of the Kenyans could seem to drive it free of being stuck. We all were covered in mud as we drove home and then tomorrow, we came back to Kapkatenny for another day.

The Saturday, May 28th day in Kapkatenny opened for us inauspiciously. The five day event had been cut to four. This was the last day. We arrived by noon and probably should have done a crusade right then as the weather was beautiful, but I was tired and so the word of the Lord was fulfilled that I would not preach again there. Apostle David spoke instead and then, an incredible rain storm came that would have been frightening to me if I had not been in such an other worldly condition: filled with the Holy Ghost. The rain came with terrible hail, lightning and thunder, even worse that the previous late afternoon. Additionally, the proximity of one of the Mt. Elgon peaks functioned as a water gatherer and the road we had driven in to that place on had become a white water river. We broke from our afternoon session just as the rain was ending and the flood was down right apocalyptic. I stood there, watching the street river run at about forty miles per hour, and I had my third vision.

VISION 3
I saw a great number of vultures in the sky, flying toward the West. The clouds were clearing from the rainstorm and the setting sun was visible. Thousands and thousands of vultures were all flying directly west. Then, the Lord began to speak: "These are the evil angels of Africa, that have been trapped here since the time of Moses and Aaron. They are now leaving Africa, heading to the churches of America, for the vultures will be gathered to the carcass, says the Lord".

One week later, Joseph Cook sent me an email from America, reporting that Kim Clement has now prophesied that America's churches will be getting visits from wonderful angels, sent by God, who will bring great blessing. As I was reading this email, I had my fourth vision.

VISION 4
I saw two opposing legal size tables 4' X 8', facing one another. I was sitting behind one of the tables, with a few men sitting at my side, whom I recognized to be several no-name prophets of the Lord. Sitting opposite me was Kim Clement, in the chair directly facing me. At his sides were several famous TV prophets. I realized immediately that I was seeing a visual representation of what I had just seen transpire with the vision of the vultures, signifying evil angels, and that these false prophets will lead the people of America to believe they were real Angels, sent from God, with many blessings.

TRANSITION:
You are all witnesses that many parts of these visions already came to pass in the Todd Bentley "Revivals" in Lakeland. The DEATH WARRANT FOR AMERICA indicates that as of May 27, 2005, God had put me on the task of calling in the judgements in America. I was doing that job until July, 2008, when God raised up Matthew Stephen to go forth and do it as well, and God sent us out together. There are probably other members of the two witnesses company who have done their part, and will do their part, to carry out this work of the Lord around the globe. This tells the story of how it all began for me: a story the Lord had me to seal up and write nothing about until more than ten years after these visions were given to me.

WHY NOW?
I have been on this job since 2005, doing radio ministry with Randy McKee and others, and then going on tours with Matthew to places where God sent us. We have ministered with the staff of God in America, making decrees and commanding that this nation drink forth from the wine cup of the wrath of God. Randy McKee decided to become my attacker in 2008. To my knowledge, he has had no public ministry via radio or internet since that time. Did God remove Randy McKee's name from the DEATH WARRANT FOR AMERICA? I do not know. I only know that since the time that he came out in writing against me, calling me a false prophet for doing the very thing that God called him to do in 2005, he has quit. I can only look and see that since 2008, he has no ministry that I am able to locate. Was the name of Matthew Stephen inserted at the bottom of the DEATH WARRANT FOR AMERICA as a replacement for Randy McKee? I conclude by observation that it is probably so because functionally, Matthew Stephen and I went forth to carry out these decrees from 2008 to 2015, while Randy McKee was silent. The Lord has never said anything direct to me about it.

THE CASE OF MATTHEW STEPHEN MORANOR
My collaboration with Matthew Stephen Moranor ended in April, 2015 as a result of his apostasy from the true faith of Jesus Christ. How did he depart? Through falling under the control of another spirit, which manifested in many failed, dated predictions that he made in 2014 and 2015 and which also manifested through deterioration in his character, as was evidenced through severe threats relating to his former activities as a military sniper that he made in his two Livestream videos of July 25, 2015 and August 8, 2015 that were, in a word: frightening. You don't want to spend the hours to look at those two videos? Look at this August 8, 2015 clip and and this one also

These July and August sniper threat videos, taken in concert with his video railings toward a neighbor, calling her, a married woman, a whore, resulted in court filings that were made against him. Finally, he took what was left of his Montana refuge and sold everything off at public auction on October 17, 2015. Read about the auction and look at the pictures at Craiglist Auction Notice. I was made physically nauseous as I read this list of items sold. These are undeniable facts that are not subject to any favorable interpretation. He allowed several large items that had been donated by the saints to the refuge to be auctioned off. I find this action particularly unsettling-THIS GRIEVED MY SPIRIT EXCEEDINGLY. These large items, which included one or two GP Medium tents and a chicken house, could have been given to other saints for refuge purposes rather than sold for a nickel on the dollar at public auction. There are saints right there, in that location still, who have been abandoned and who could have greatly used these supplies. Some of those were told to move there by him! He told ME that I had to leave Florida in 2011 and applied pressure on me when I refused! There is one HUGE difference between Matthew and me: I will NEVER tell you where to move to, who to listen to or who to give to. I have been warning Matthew about this for years and I separated from him in 2011 for just this reason. He said that he would change at that time but he has never really repented and finally, the Lord caused me to separate myself from him permanently on April 18, 2015. He felt inclined to do the same and we shut down all joint efforts. A few weeks later, he took a malicious action against me that cost me about $1,000. He continues to do as he has always done: he usurps the place of the leading of the Holy Spirit in the life of the individual believer. He will hurt you if you leave him or refuse to obey him as touching anything he feels that God has told him that you are supposed to do. When he thinks that he has no more use for you: look out!

MATTHEW'S LETTER TO ME ON NOVEMBER 6, 2015
He has responded to these charges above in an email, dated November 6, 2015. There is obviously no sane defense for that which he has done since July, 2015, so he has engaged in a "scorched earth" policy of lies and personal defamation against me. This does not surprise me, so I will not say another word about that letter, except that God is my defense, and also, as touching some points he makes regarding His future ministry plans. He says:

"The time to come together for building a camp is now past. Two years ago, I received a prophetic word that Coleen and I would be leaving America to minister to a NEW nation of people who DID want to hear the truth. This word was reconfirmed to us several more times in the past year (before we made the decision to leave the mountain), that our season of preparing a camp for God's people would be coming to an end and that we would be leaving America."

I find this information very enlightening, as Matthew has been attempting to raise money for the camp in Montana, even throughout 2015. I should think that anyone who has donated toward that camp, and has seen the entire thing sold at auction in October, would feel betrayed in knowing that, in his own words, he received prophetic word TWO YEARS AGO to leave America.

Consider another of his points from yesterday's letter:

"I will do more radio programs when the Lord tells me to! My role as warning America is DONE. September 20th was the end of the age of the Golden Harvest. What God explained to me is that my ministry is now shifting to a ministry to the true Jewish people for the Exodus of America and around the world."

I had suspected this was the case when I saw the Craigslist link of the items that were sold at auction. This man is DONE with refuge and he is DONE warning America. His ministry to America is finished: out of his own mouth! He can never again preach with the Panther Map as a backdrop, for he has now said that all blue refuge areas have been done away with by the Lord, as of right now. This is an absolute lie and abomination, says the Lord!

He has maintained for years that he would keep warning America and that, as a bulldog, he would never stop. I am a witness. He has quoted Isaiah 6:11 repeatedly on video after video over the last seven years:

"Then said I, Lord, how long? And he answered, Until the cities be wasted without inhabitant, and the houses without man, and the land be utterly desolate, and the Lord have removed men far away, and there be a great forsaking in the midst of the land."

Now, he is DONE warning America. There is no doubt about it. I ask you Matthew: Are the cities of America without inhabitant? He says he had the word to leave America TWO YEARS AGO. I questioned him about just this very thing back in April, 2015 in Watchmen Prophets Assembly. Matthew made his final post to Watchmen Prophets Assembly on April 19, 2015 in answer to my question. He wrote at that time:

" To let everyone know that this prophet is not leaving America, but rather traveling to the door of the nation to do what the Father God has instructed me to do. When I leave in a final time of America only God knows and only He will know and should not be made known to others, for safety reasons."

I removed Matthew Stephen Moranor from all of my online groups on May 28, 2015. I have not called him even once since that date. He has called me dozens of times, left voice messages and sent text messages and emails to me in which he expressed hope that we might minister together again in the future. This he did, after telling me that we were "done" When I had removed him from all Yahoo Groups. He has, just two days ago (Thursday, November 5), left two voice messages in an attempt to intimidate me into removing this page from my website, or else.

I only know that judgement has begun in the house of the Lord. That judgement has fallen upon some of his disobedient prophets most severely. One man asked me this week: "are you the only one left"? I do not know. I hope and pray that I will remain faithful, and perhaps God will raise up others to do this task if any prophets do not remain faithful to carry out God's work to the place where it is indeed finished. Montana remains a refuge area, along with Tennessee, but on a case by case, individual basis only. The hour of opportunity for corporate refuge clearly seems to have passed. There are also several other places here in America that are to be sustained by God for the season He intends to cover them, for all whom He has sent there and therein lies the key: did God send you there, or did a man send you? For those whom God sent, He has promised to watch over them, in those areas, until He instructs them to move elsewhere. That promise continues in force in spite of those who have abandoned that cause. God remains faithful even though men become unfaithful.

FROM MY HEART
I take no pleasure in any of this. This is a ministry tragedy. I write about all of it with a heavy heart. You can all testify that from April 19, 2015 to October 24, 2015, I remained publicly silent about Matthew and about my reasons for ceasing all ministry with him. I had and still have great concerns for the effect this might have on the acceptance or rejection of the word of the Lord by those who have been warned by prophets in our nation. I do not want the blood of any saint on my hands. Some events took place in October, 2015, however, that caused me to change my posture. I became aware that there were saints who felt betrayed by Matthew, still living in Northern Montana, who could not figure out what had just happened to them as they watched him pack up, sell donated goods at auction and drive out of that area. I believed these saints were in danger of shipwreck to their faith: some were relatively young and inexperienced in the faith. My concern then grew further regarding other saints who had donated money and goods to the Montana refuge. What would they think as they discovered the truth about the auction? Matthew had contacted me in early September, 2015: asking me to write him a letter of character reference for the Lincoln County, Montana court in the matter of Penny Castro vs Matthew Stephen Moranor. Matthew spoke so sweetly to me in making that request that, initially, I had agreed to do it, then I reconsidered the matter and after prayer, I declined to offer my reference. One month later, I discovered what Matthew had really been doing in that area, as I had not been watching any of his video programs after April 19, 2015. I could not believe what I was seeing and the degree of his deterioration in just a few months time was shocking to me. I now realized in October, 2015 that he had actually called Penny Castro a whore on video, had spoken very threateningly toward general "enemies" in his neighborhood and had bragged with respect to his sniper abilities in July and August, 2015, threatening them with a reprise of Vietnam. He had already done all of this and still, in early September, 2015, he tried to so sweetly entice me into writing a character reference letter on his behalf, knowing that I was ignorant about the horrible actions he had taken in the time since we had separated ministry. Thanks be to God that I did not enter into that proceeding, and I still have no knowledge about how the court ruled in that case: Penny Castro had requested that the court place a restraining order against Matthew. That relief, and probably more, should have been granted by court, based upon that which I have seen. Now, Matthew Stephen Moranor can clearly see that I will never be of any use to him again, and he is venting, fuming and in danger of explosion. His true colors are now in open view. It is all very sad. I suppose that we should all pray for him, but I suspect it will all be to no avail. Only God can truly know. Sometimes, men cross a line with God and when they do, there is no pathway found for their return and no granting of the gift of repentance to them by God, but only the finishing out of the remainder of life with a reprobate mind. We should all take note, ponder this matter deeply and adjust our own lives in the reverent fear of the Lord.

HOW COULD SOMETHING LIKE THIS HAPPEN TO A REAL PROPHET?
A reader summed up one possibility:
He has obviously been wounded deeply to the point of toxicity and as I've done before, he seemed to be ministering from a wounded spirit, not love. And as a point man in the prophetic, I'm sure he has experienced many attacks that got him to that place. I have the gift of helps but after being exploited, used, walked on by so many I began ministering with a wounded spirit too, so I understand him. And I became so toxic--I didn't even want to be with self. I understand him but the problem I found is one couldn't approach him--he'd use the office of prophet to curse anyone who would try to help.

I find some merit in that idea, but I would remind you all that we are talking about a man who has carried the email address watchman2012@gmail.com from the time I met him in 2008 and probably earlier. I believe that once the end of 2012 passed, there was the feeling of betrayal by God present within him that he could not shake. Then, with some extremely distressing events of betrayal by people that happened to him late in 2013, I could see deterioration from which he has never recovered.

Matthew has, for a long time, perceived himself to be under attack by women. He claims that they have the Jezebel spirit. He has spoken about this repeatedly on video and has lost all self control when he has been speaking about certain of them. Matthew has failed to realize that HE is the one who has been totally taken over, oppressed and controlled by the Jezebel spirit, for that spirit works by attacking the prophet directly and not always through a person. It can come directly at the prophet and attack his mind will and emotions. I wrote on the attack of the Jezebel spirit fifteen years ago that "This spirit will attack you by:

1) Causing you to become discouraged and to want to give up
2) Depression
3) Confusion of the mind and soul, with wrong thinking and delusions
4) Loss of spiritual vision and disorientation
5) Desire for withdrawal from fellowship with brethren

WHAT ABOUT HIS PROPHECIES
The bible teaches us that there are times, and I suspect it is true most or even possibly all of the time, that the false prophets were at the first true prophets who slid into apostasy. Another reader just inquired about some of the prophecies Matthew issued in 2015. Are we to believe them? Balaam certainly began as a valid seer with correct prophecy from the Lord God of Israel. What followed then was a deterioration in his character that resulted in his personal destruction, but his incredible prophecies remained valid. So, we have a prophet here in Matthew who has fallen in a way that is somewhat similar to the case of Balaam. In fact I have walked with several others who have gone down a similar road during the last twenty years. Many of their prophecies are still present on my group websites and I still regard them as being valid. The deterioration in Matthew's character became extremely acute and highly visible during July, 2015, but I began to have concerns late in 2013. My recommendation is that we have to take each of these revelations he has received since the end of 2012 and hold them up to the light of God. They are subject to a much higher risk of being false, so we have to take them before God, subject them to higher scrutiny and require more confirmation before we take any action that is based upon them. Those who have any doubt about their ability to discern should simply stay clear away. In short, we have to consider the source and make a determination regarding just what that source is. That requires discernment from God.
