It seems that I am really developing my own personality. I am being very stubborn and only wanting to eat seeds. I don’t want to eat the vegetables or fruits that are given to me. I refuse to eat any formula. Angie says my weight is OK so what’s the problem? I think my Daddy would eat pizza every day if he had the choice. Mommy and Daddy came to see me today and I showed off for them. I got Daddy to play that “step up” game and when he lifted me up in the air I bailed off! I started flapping my wings and flew to the ground. That was so much fun! I started chirping and made him “step up” again and bailed off. We did that for a while then I got tired. I love to have Daddy hold me and give me kisses. I really think I picked out the best human for a pet. I have to admit that I got just a little peeved today. Angie brought out a White Belly Caique and that bird flew onto Daddy’s hand while I was sitting there! I don’t like to share and I wanted that bird off now. I squawked and it flew away. I guess I learned how to defend what’s mine. This should come in handy in the future so I will file it away. Daddy brought some Nutri-berries treats to share with my brother and sister. They were tasty but I wanted to play with the toys. I had so much fun! I heard Angie tell Daddy that I might get to go home next week. I will practice my flying and guess I should start eating right. When I get home, I’ll train my humans to give me what I like.
