provides for payment of license fee, taxes, & regulatory fees; provides for
conduct of slot machine gaming operations within designated slot machine gaming
area of eligible facility; provides limitation upon number of machines;
provides for renewal of license; provides for transfer of license; provides
condition of licensure; requires approval by referendum. Effective Date: only
upon its approval by a majority vote of those qualified electors of Palm Beach
County voting in a referendum to be held by the Board of County Commissioners
of Palm Beach County, in accordance with the provisions of law relating to elections
currently in force in Palm Beach County, except that this section shall take
effect upon becoming a law
