SENATOR BENNETT VISITS LINCOLN PARK
Florida State Senator Mike Bennett(R-Bradenton),Vice Chairman of the Senate Regulated Industries Committee, visited Lincoln Greyhound Park in Lincoln, Rhode Island recently during his attendance at the National Conference of State Legislators from Gaming States (NCLGS). NGA Vice President Fred Fulchino toured Senator Bennett through the Greyhound and VLT areas of the track.
The Florida Senate has been a supporter of VLT machines in pari-mutel establishments in Florida. Senator Bennett is a key figure in this legislation. The FGA anticipates that VLTs will be a major factor in the 2004 Florida Legislative Session.
