The Central Florida Greyhound Association has one of the largest bases in the State. Their members race at two different race tracks located from the center of Florida to the West Coast area. Tracks covered include the Sanford/Orlando Kennel Club (Orlando area); and, Sarasota Kennel Club in Sarasota (West Coast of Florida). The Seminole Greyhound Park closed its doors several years back and the Meet is ran at the Sanford/Orlando facility. President of this association is Rod Connell.

Sarasota is ran by the Collin's Family. Sanford/Orlando is owned by Penn National. Both tracks are unique with their problems and operations which make for a very active association. The FGA is very proud of the conduct and progress of the Central Florida Greyhound Association. Its presence DOES make a difference to the racing climatic throughout Central Florida.
