FGA NOTE: Dr. Kirsch was a good friend to the greyhound men and women of Florida. Upon his appointment as the Division Director, he made one of his first public appearances at the FGA Annual Meeting in St. Petersburg in January of 2000.
An affable gentleman, Dr. Kirsch was always available to assist us with any issue. He was a bright star on the Tallahasse bureaucratic scene. Our hearts are sadden by the demise of this man and our sincerest sympathy goes out to his family, collegues and friends.
